"Wife & I only went for a break from kids & grandchildren that had moved in with us, not thinking it was the day before easter & there were dozens of kids running around. That would not have been a problem except there were between 20 & 30 teens & preteens in the pool area running in and out. The entrance for the pool area is about 50 feet from the front desk and the floor was completely wet all through. My wife almost fell, I helped keep her from falling then my legs slid out popping my knee...

"Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. "

"There were roaches! They made me pay in cash. I checked out early and they refused to refund me my money. It is next to a strip club so it doesn’t feel very safe. The room cleaner slammed on the door so loud I was woken up (i was working night shift). All of the staff was rude. The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in 30 years. I found hairs and dust all over. One of the staff walked into the room and even whipped there finger across some dust and said the room was clean. I have never...

"Hotel had dirty Floors Walls and elevators. Rooms need updating and Staff all need to wear some type of badges or uniforms to show rhey are staff. Some of them were rude and need better customer service "

"The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional"
