Within the village, a half-mile commercial strip hosts a variety of stores and dining options while a short journey leads to the charming town of Warwick, boasting antique shops, cozy cafes, fine dining, and art galleries.

Filled with natural light and beautiful lake views throughout, the home offers a warm and inviting layout designed for both relaxing and gathering together. The main living spaces flow seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen to the dining and living areas, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, shared meals, and evenings after a day on the water.

The second floor includes three private bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the property. Upstairs, the third-floor loft serves as a fun and flexible shared sleeping space with additional queen beds and bunk beds — perfect for kids, families, or larger groups traveling together.
