"The stay was great. I would recommend it for anyone to stay. The breakfast was good and people was very friendly. Very safe place to stay. The room were comfy but didn't like we had ask for a refrigerator it took forever to cool and had to go down stairs to use the microwave to heat food. The bathroom were quite small. The staff was professional at all times."

"The location was perfect! Great restaurants attached to the building and you’re in walking distance of everything you need. Rooms are dated and in need of a deep clean. Staff was nice but the carpet in the rooms hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. The breakfast was also disappointing. Don’t spend the $20 a person. There’s one person with a flat grill. They were nice but how can you call it a breakfast when you’re out of bacon, sausage, waffle batter, cream cheese, milk or fruit. I should...

"I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic.
I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"Cleaning issues—-HVAC vent was blowing out black sooty material all over the bed closest to the vent. Not realizing this until night, I tried to cover the source with a pillow case. I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed."

"The facility was clean. The beds were actually comfortable! The room was spacious with enough closet and drawers for a longer stay. The mini kitchen was an unexpected bonus. The pool was much needed in the hot days we were there. Now for what everyone REALLY wants to know, the breakfast was amazing!!’ The smoked sausage, eggs, potatoes with bell peppers, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. The variety changed daily but was just a great each day."

"We stayed over Father’s Day weekend. It was alot of people to the point on Saturday night we didn’t have parking. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking when checking in. Which was an additional $17/day. The breakfast staff were amazing very friendly & welcoming. We loved going to the pool but it’s no lifeguard on duty so be careful sending your children to the pool without you. No microwave in the room we stayed in so had to go to the lobby to warm food. The room was clean so that’s a plus....

"I stayed 3 nights no one cleaned my room. EVERYTIME I asked they kept saying tomorrow but it never happened. I requested new towels and in order to receive them I had to bring my old towels down in a garbage bag they gave me to put them in first. There was only 1 elevator and everyday I had to get my key reset to get in my room. I will not stay here again. The hallways smell terrible as well."
