"The hotel was clean it smelled wonderful. We didn't get to eat nothing at the kitchen because it closed at 10.But it looked very delicious. Staff was friendly. Very clean room and the restrooms was clean.Very satisfied."

"Great location. Coupler of miles from beautiful downtown Paducah and Ohio river. Many areas asking the river flood wall for picnicking. Great walking paths asking river as well. Property was undergoing construction and renovation. New carpets, paint, etc and updated amenities were nicer. Pool was closed due to renovations and there was some confusion on which breakfast items to put out due to some being for new name to be revealed later that day."

"The location was spectacular, it just needs a little cleaning by removing the dust (Minimum detail) But otherwise everything was great I would definitely stay there again.!"

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean but the towels and linens need replacement. There were stains on both. There was no ice machine but the staff gave us 2 bags of ice. For the value (around $60), I would stay there again. You can tell the room was updated but the deadbolt didn't work."

"No pueden solucionar nada, tuve que dejar la habitación unos dias antes y me realizaron el cargo completo ya que al hacer el check out no estaba la persona que podía hacer el cambio, despues intente comunicarme vía telefónica para que lo hicieran correctamente y nunca encontre a esta persona, durante la estancia las habitaciones se supone las hacen cada tercer día, en tres semanas que estuve solo realizaron la limpieza 3 veces y eso porque a diario tenía que solicitar lo hicieran y nada que lo...

"I was waiting to write a review because they charged me $50 for each of the two hotel rooms as a deposit and they said they would refund it. I just got the refund. The hotel was being refurbished and so it didn’t have an ice machine and the outside was pretty in need of repair but the beds were amazing. The bedding was the best I’ve ever slept in the pillows were great. They redid our rooms that had fresh paint and it was very comfortable. In another few months, the place will be terrific."
