"Construction is going on at the hotel that they don’t tell you about while booking. I ended up with two flat tires. Called and was told I was going to be called back. Never was. One flat tire I could have dealt with easy with my spare but two. Being stuck on the side of the road is crap. I know I can’t prove it was from there but it’s the only place I’ve been with construction. One tire was a screw the other was a nail.
Thanks acclaim for your great customer service (not). Next time I will just...

"It was hard to understand the lady at the check-in and there was a confusion on the billing and she gave me a room that was way down the hall on the main floor that I had to walk with a brace and cane to let my dog out that made it very difficult the beds were very uncomfortable the pillows were hard as a rock but overall we sucked it up it was only for one night. I have stayed there a few times and had no problems with anything but I guess it is what it is."

"Good budget hotel. The staff where professional and friendly. There had been more than normal rainfall the days before we arrived causing power outages and leaking windows but the staff dealt with these challenges and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast is good with lots of choices."
