Esta fabulosa villa está ubicada en el prestigioso Belmont Estate en el West End de Tortola, Islas Vírgenes Británicas.
¡Limeberry House es un sueño de diseñadores con colores brillantes, azulejos mexicanos, sumideros de sol y luna que te despiertan incluso si has estado de fiesta hasta tarde en la cabaña de luna llena de Bomba! La villa de estilo antillano se ubica en los contornos o en la tierra, con habitaciones ubicadas en cabañas separadas que mantienen la máxima privacidad. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.
La casa le da la bienvenida con una sensación abierta y espaciosa, el comedor cubierto que es el punto focal de la casa cuenta con una cocina gourmet de planta abierta, por lo que nadie queda fuera del entretenimiento. Una estufa Viking de seis hornillas, un refrigerador de acero inoxidable para hacer hielo y un lavaplatos completan esta cocina gourmet.

Un corto tramo de escaleras lo lleva a las suites Tamarind y Vanilla. El tamarindo tiene su propia terraza privada, completa con un árbol que crece a través de ella y una ducha exterior, todos posicionados para atrapar las brisas refrescantes del Caribe.

La espectacular piscina infinita de color turquesa ofrece impresionantes vistas de Long Bay y Palm Grove, o con magníficas puestas de sol sobre Smuggler's Cove. Usa el asiento de cóctel en la piscina para que puedas ver la puesta de sol mientras bebes un ponche de ron.

Awesome Villa

From the moment we walked in to Limeberry Villa we were ecstatic about the location and home. Beautiful views, clean, and well-appointed. Jon and Jubi were extremely quick to respond to our questions and needs. We had one incident when an ac unit froze up in a BR and Jubi was there to fix it within 90 minutes. The location was great as well with multiple restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic & Magical place

The property is stunning, everything about it was amazing. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare food with. The furniture was comfortable, and the views spectacular.. the local beaches were close and easy to get to. It was truly a magical trip.

Friends Anniversary Trip

The villa was just perfect for our stay. It was clean, very welcoming, and we loved the separate suite setup with a shared main area. The nature of everything being outside was really amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we would have needed if we planned to cook anything other than breakfast, but we enjoyed many meals out. We LOVED Omar's and Sugar Mill. We also visited Sebastian's and Pusser's, both great for the atmosphere! The owner and managers were incredibly prompt in all replies to our questions and requests. They were all so nice and catered to our every need. We could tell that they really knew the island, the area, and could give us really great advice. You definitely want a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the roads to get to the villa are steep! That was quite an adventure, but Maps and our directions from the owner were spot on! You will also want a vehicle if you plan on visiting the beach or taking other excursions on a daily basis, which we did. We loved Smuggler's Cove. We visited both Nigil and Patricia who were very different and both very pleasant. We rented our vehicle from Denzil Clyne who was very accommodating to our arrival on the East End (airport) and departure on the West End (ferry). We absolutely loved our 4 day, 5 night Limeberry Villa getaway celebrating a combined 50 years of marriage (20 years for 2 couples and 10 years for the other) and highly recommend the villa.

Wonderful week at Limeberry Villa

My boyfriend and I stayed a week at Limeberry Villa with 3 other couples. It was the perfect setup for couples traveling together as each bedroom had an ensuite bath and was in separate entrances/buildings with a locked door. We could all have privacy when we wanted and we had plenty of room to gather together in the common areas. Communication was excellent with Jonathan before we arrived and with Jude during our stay. The house was extremely clean and the housekeeper came mid-week to change bed linens and clean as needed. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels for our group of 8 to use. We also had access to 2 washers/dryers. All 4 bedrooms have great air conditioning. You should be careful not to leave food out in the open air kitchen as we did seem to have what we thought were chickens getting into the bread a couple of nights. One night the power went out but the generator came on immediately and ran the whole house without interruption. Jude recommended takeout from D Coal Pot on our first night and was kind enough to pick it up for us. We also had groceries delivered from Riteway and he coordinated with them for delivery. Ice chests were provided. My only criticism would be that we had 8 guests but could only find beach chairs for 5 people. Although I'm sure if we had asked Jude, he would have arranged for more for us. We loved this house and would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Tortola.

What a Week

Travelling with family is always fun and the layout and location of Limeberry Villa enhanced the experience. The pictures online are spot on. The villa is broken into four separate sleeping areas, which gave each couple plenty of privacy, while the common areas were open and allowed plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views. The pool was picture perfect for a morning dip or a refreshing swim after the beach. The villa is well appointed, and we had everything we needed. Check in and out were smooth experiences and communicating with the host and property manager (Jonathan and Jube) was easy. Hope to return again when we visit Tortola.

Awesome location great communication

Jon (owner) and Jude (manager) were absolutely amazing. Responsive from beginning to end. They made sure we were comfortable and provided us with all the necessary information needed for a great stay! They even came to check on us after a brief power outage. This property is located on the West End of Tortola and overlooks Long Bay and Smuggler's Cove. The views are outstanding and the location is much quieter than the other end of the island. There are 4 separate bedrooms with king beds and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an outside shower. The center of the property is the open air area for the kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV and bluetooth radio. Coming out of the air conditioned bedrooms to overlook the beautiful ocean neighboring islands was stunning. When we were in the villa we spent a lot of time in the gorgeous infinity pool. Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, coffee, sugar, filtered water, saran wrap, foil, napkins, utensils, wine opener etc. all there. The only thing we really had to buy was coffee creamer and filters. Besides a coffee maker, there is a french press, grinder and a blender. They do warn you about the bugs, especially after the rain. There is bug spray (and sun lotion) that is probably leftover from other guests, but good idea to bring some and spray around the perimeter. We did encounter bees in the bushes, but really didn't have a major problem. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed! Thank you both!

Great, quiet location.

Property manager was easy to contact, communicated well, and was pleasant to deal with. The property itself was beautiful, everything worked well. This was a great place for us to relax before we all went on excursions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a remote place to just enjoy the natural beauty and property.

We love Lime Berry!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Limeberry! We only had three nights on Tortola before taking off on a sailboat trip, we wish we had stayed at the villa longer. After a long day of traveling, we finally arrived at the house. It was dark out when we arrived, and the house was so inviting. We came through the gate, and down the stairs and were blown away by the open air feel, the colors, the decor and the layout of this magical villa. Our wonderful property manager, Jude escorted us to the house, helped carry in all of our bags and get them set in our rooms, showed us around and made us feel very comfortable and at home. We were all exhausted and didn’t feel like jumping back in the car and driving to dinner. Jude saved the day by picking up dinner for us at a delicious local restaurant called Da Cole Pot. We couldn’t have been happier. Jude was an amazing host and took care of all of our needs. He was very kind and made our stay so comfortable and enjoying. Each of us had our own private cottage within the villa and the common areas were comfortable and inviting. When we woke up the first morning, it was a beautiful sunny day and the views were mind blowing! None of us had ever stayed in a place quite like Limeberry before - Open air living, sweeping views, cozy cottages, and nestled in the hills close enough to the Ocean that we could hear the surf. I could go on and on. Take me back!

A restful getaway

Limeberry Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and reconnect on our wedding anniversary. Jonathan and Jude communicated really well in the days leading up to our arrival. Jude met us despite our late arrival and guided us up the road to the villa, where he gave a friendly orientation to the place before making himself available for any needs during our stay. The villa is very well supplied, quiet, and beautiful. It was easy to stare out over the hills, ocean, and nearby islands. The sunsets are gorgeous. The pool was large, in at least partial shade throughout the day, and very comfortable -- a real treat when the temperature went up and breeze got still. Checkout was really simple. We hope to return someday.

Great short trip with Friends!

We had been to Tortola before on a cruise stop, but this was our first time to stay on the island overnight. It was fantastic! The house was just as pictured in the listing- even better! The host was great in communicating. Numerous little things made it even better- such as beach chairs for use. Admittedly, Tortola is not for the faint of heart in terms of getting around as the roads are a bit treacherous. But we knew this going in and made sure we planned accordingly. Overall, a great island and great accommodation. We are already planning to go back.

Stunning views, great communication, rough roads

My husband and I loved our stay in Tortola. Jon and Jude responded nearly immediately to all questions and even checked in on us during the stay. The villa is gorgeous with amazing views. The only problem was that the road up to the villa is narrow with exceptionally high speed bumps (you have to have a jeep or something with high clearance or unload the car at every speed bump to avoid scraping...we had an HRV...it was not high enough). Two of our party were unable to walk the road up/down so the beach was not in walking distance from all and there is no side of the road so not the safest walk. However, the local drivers go fairly slowly for most of it and are the most courteous drivers I've ever encountered. Sadly, the same cannot be said about the tourists (who are the majority of the drivers on that hill). The takeaway is that the villa is breathtaking (5 stars) and Jon & Jude and the best hosts and also deserve five stars, just be prepared for the hill/road/speed bumps and the remoteness (we loved it, but the same cannot be said for all in our party).

Amazing Villa

The Villa is fantastic. The views are Amazing. The Villa had four spacious en-suite bedrooms which were very private. Dinners on the open air dining tables -you have a choice of three, all had great views, a breeze or a ceiling fan. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again!!
