House Rules for ETTA Beach Villa (Bottom Floor)

Welcome to your tropical escape! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

General Rules
1. Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

2. Maximum Occupancy:
- The villa accommodates up to 4 guests. Please respect this limit.

3. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors and other guests.

4. No Smoking:
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

5. No Pets:
- For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.

6. Parties & Events:
- No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

Care for the Property
7. Furniture & Décor:
- Please do not rearrange furniture or move décor items.

8. Kitchen Use:
- Wash dishes after use and store food properly to prevent pests.

9. Beach Equipment:
- Rinse sand and saltwater from towels, chairs, and gear before bringing them back inside.

10. Air Conditioning & Electricity:
- Turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving the villa to conserve energy.
