"This beautiful condo is situated just steps from the Dr. Pepper museum and the Silos. It is also within walking distance of several good restaurants. The communication with the property manager could not have been better. Do not let earlier reviews scare you about the parking situation. Just follow the directions that are sent to you, The garage parking was free. It’s all quite easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Waco. "

"We came with a specific agenda and Hebrews 13:2 was perfect! Easy walk to Magnolia Market, Hotel 1928 and the Dr. Pepper Museum. We walked down to the river to the sculptures and bridge. And the best surprise was Fabled Bookstore on the corner. Lots or restaurants near. This condo was super clean, and ready to welcome you. Very well appointed with everything you need for a great visit to Waco. "

"We had a great stay! The condo had a great feel and very comfortable. Perfect size for our family. We loved that it was downtown and close to all the sites we wanted to see. The only reason I did 4 stars for location is because it was right next to a bar that was pretty loud till about 3am but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for us because us & our kids use sound machines. "The property was great. It was very clean and the location was amazing. The kitchen only has salt and pepper so we didn’t cook. We loved the open lanai in the evening. We ran out of soap for bathing after the first night. They provided one teeny tiny hotel bar soap in each bath. We had to buy a 20 soap bar at Magnolia to bathe and shared it between baths! Toilet paper was limited to 2 rolls per bathroom. We used every last bit and good thing we didn’t need more!! You’d think you’d get enough...

"Everything was great, made us want to think about studio living. They are very accommodating in items you may have forgotten. Music from the bar may be bother to some in the evenings but it was not a issue for us. We parked our car and everything was walking distance and we LOVED LOVED that so much. I would book this place again in a heart beat"
