"Everything was great! I had some questions about the check in process and the number provided answered me right away! The rooms were clean and so cozy. The sheets in the Sion Bass room are so soft. The jet tub was also incredible. I wish I had some more control over the temperature in my room, but other than that, a flawless stay!!!"

"I had called a week ago to make sure the 4-year-old was added to the booking, and the lady told me it was "common sense" and she didn't need to check. But when I got there, she flipped. She started shouting at me in the lobby, claiming me as a "criminal" and a "liar" because the child wasn't on the original Expedia paperwork.

"There was very little to choose from for breakfast.
The staff at checkin have no experience or customer service knowledge. I complained about constant floor noise above us which never stopped in 3 days.
The room was pleasant but the bathroom toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn't sit down easily.
Cleaning staff friendly and helpful.
This will not be my first choice to stay again.
