Relax at Coconut Bay!

Whether you have come to relax, soak up the sunshine or enjoy spectacular diving, our island home is for you! It is a newly refurbished and spacious town house set over 3 floors in a small complex with two pools, a beach, dive station, ladder to access the ocean and some of the best shore diving on the island! Family friendly, Close to the beaches and shops what more could you need?

The House: The first floor is brightly decorated and open plan with a modern kitchen, eating area, lounge with large flat screen TV and a patio opening out onto one of 2 pools at Coconut Bay. This is perfect for chilling out or grilling dinner on the BBQ. The second floor has a modern family bathroom, washer and dryer, 2 large bedrooms, one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom the other has 2 twin beds. On the second floor is a large loft with a queen size bed, day bed, study area overlooking the pool. An en-suite bathroom and huge walk in closet.

Outside: Coconut Bay is a small complex of townhomes and apartments with a tropical vibe 2 heated pools and a jacuzzi. The grounds are beautifully maintained and lead down to a man-made beach and the ocean. There is a dive operation (Stingray Water Sports) on site with a dive station that has tanks and weights available and gear can be rented at reasonable rates. Stingray Water Sports offers a 10% discount to Coconut Bay Residents.

Nearby: Coconut Bay is located just around the corner from the Turtle farm, it is an easy drive or taxi to the local stores (including grocery store) and is a 2 minute walk from the Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Bar & Grill where you can sit and eat and drink and watch the sunset. Only a 10 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach or Camana Bay!

Check in and Management: Our property manager lives on site and is there to welcome you when you arrive. He will be able to help you with local knowledge and booking excursions.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean! Owner and property manager very responsive to your needs and requests. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. If you plan to cook you will need to bring some of your favorite spices or plan to buy them, including salt and pepper and cooking oil. We had a great vacation and plan to come back.

The unit was excellent. The pool was relaxing. The landscaping was outstanding! We would stay here again.My only disappointment was the beach needed lounge chairs to enjoy the view. The pool had them, and we used them daily, but the little uncomfortable chairs in the sand area were inadequate.

Wonderful host; Dave was very responsive to questions and offered lots of suggestions to enhance our stay. The condo was really spacious and comfortable for our family of 5; it was clean, updated and very comfortable. We loved being able to dive and snorkel right off the property’s beach. This was our 5th time stay at Coconut Bay and we love it here due to location and convenient shore diving. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and in excellent condition and the grounds are well-maintained. Enjoyed some great dives off CBC at Hepp's Pipeline and at nearby Macabuca - Turtle Reef, and Lighthouse Point. Good restaurants nearby at Macabuca and Vivo.

We had a great stay at this property. The pool just peanut the patio door was very nice. Very quiet location. The diving right off the property was very nice and there were several other shore diving locations minutes away. Property was clean and as advertised. We had a great time and will return.

Great location!

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. We were able to dive right off the shore. The complex was beautifully landscaped and had a lovely pool. It was in an area of the island that had plenty to do but not the busyness of 7 mile beach. The condo was spacious and well equipped and beautifully decorated. We would definitely return!

Family Adventure

At first I wasn’t sure about the location in relation to 7 Mile Beach and the island attractions but as it turned out, with a car and a skilled driver, it didn’t matter. After traveling through other areas of the island, I would love to return back here with my family with adult kids. The home was walking distance to delicious restaurants; 2 scuba/snorkel dive spots walking distance; walk to Turtle Centre and an 8 minute drive to the grocery store! Also, 1 mile to Hell and 13 minutes to Pampered Ponies. The condo is beautiful and spacious. My regret is not taking advantage of everything it has to offer—beautiful pools, gazebo and patio and walk out to the sea. If time allows, I would definitely return to this home. Also, if you think the property pictures are great, wait till you see it in person! It’s a gem!

Coconut Bay - close to lots of things

Condo was great overall. Especially loved the outdoor dining table and the pool, met lots of friendly people during our pool time. Didn't use the beach on property as no lounge chairs there. But Cemetery beach was just a 7 minute drive away, really enjoyed it - great sand, has shade areas, good snorkeling, calm most of days that we went there. We also checked out Smith's Cove and Governor's beach but we loved Cemetery the best................................ ............Went to Macabuca restaurant couple times, great food, 5 minute walk. Turtle center was also fun, about 10 minute walk, went in morning on non-cruise ship day to avoid all the crowds. Has great gift shop. There was rum store near to condo but we didn't go in. Was handy to have Fosters grocery store just 7 minute drive away, easy to grab things as we needed them...... would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the island again :-)

Dec 2024 Family Vacation, Coconut Bay, GC

This is our 3rd time staying in Coconut Bay, but first time in this unit. The condo is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, and we cooked many meals there without any issue. The outdoor area overlooking the pool is relaxing and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. There are beach chairs, noodles, and other beach equipment available. I highly recommend this condo to families or a group of friends. Condo is walking distance to Macabuca, which is fun and delicious. We did not have a bad meal in GC, every one was great: Heritage Kitchen, Macabuca, A la Kebab, Ms Pipers, Cafe Del Sol, Gelato & Co. Library by the Sea was a pricey, but unique and fun experience. This was our first time visiting the Queen Elizabeth gardens. Highly recommend, as it is a beautiful and interesting place, and can be visited on the way to Rum Point. Wrapping up, we would happily stay in this condo again if we return. A very positive experience and a great vacation.

Another wonderful stay

My family and I rented this condo for the second year in a row because we enjoyed our stay last year so much. The grounds are beautiful with two pools and access to the ocean and a small beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and was as described. The house was clean, the laundry worked great and the kitchen was well equiped. We will be back!

Wonderful family location

Best first trip to caymens. The condo was perfect for a family of 6 including a 3 and 5 year old. Loved the area quiet and close to 7 mile beaches and turtle farm. Cracked conch restaurant was amazing. Diving right outside your door. Loved it. Property manager Duncan was there on site and helped with any questions

Great Diving!

We stayed at this property for 10 days in the summer of 2023. It was our second time staying at Coconut Bay, and I think we enjoyed this property more than the previous one we stayed at. The best thing about this property is the dive site. It is one of the best dives on the island. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that we only received a few trash bags and dishwasher tabs. It would have been nice to have a few more of those given the length of our stay. Other than that, it is definitely worth 5 stars.

Comfortable stay on Coconut Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay #103. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean & it felt like home for a week. The property owners have anticipated every request from the beach towels to the fully stocked kitchen. There were 4 of us, all male adults & the home was spacious. The onsite support person Duncan was easy accessible if there were any issues. We only had one small issue but was rectified promptly. This was our first time renting a property on VRBO & we were extremely happy that our first experience was a great one.

Great Dive Rental

Well maintained property with excellent location for shore diving. My dive buddies loved this VRBO. We have previously rented in Cozumel, Roatan & Utila. This was the best we have found.

Good shore diving from the property

Spacious, clean, and well appointed condo. Walking distance to a pretty good Tiki bar restaurant. Excellent miniwall shore diving right off the property with air and a rinse tank available on site. Not much else in the neighborhood, so need to rent a car to drive to other restaurants.

Great Family Vacation

A perfect spot for our family of five. The location and property was amazing and was just what we were looking for. Everything was top notch and exceeded our expectations.
