HarzHaus 3 - pure relaxation between city and nature

Whether you stroll comfortably through the colorful old town of Wernigerode or prefer to go on a discovery tour into the forest - both are possible in just 10 minutes from our holiday homes. But also if you just want to relax and escape everyday stress, you will get your money's worth here. Despite being close to the city, our Harz Houses are in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in Wernigerode and invite you to linger in any season. Enjoy the first rays of sunshine on our spacious terrace with a nice cup of coffee or make yourself comfortable on the large corner sofa in front of the panoramic window on colder days.

The 2018 newly built holiday homes have been furnished to a high standard and with great attention to detail. Despite the modern design, they do not lack comfort and coziness. With its 85 sqm each house offers enough space for a relaxing vacation.

All 3 cottages are designed for 4 people each. They are at ground level and have a modern bathroom with shower, as well as 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large double bed. The light-flooded open kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to cook at home. The loft-like living and dining area invites you to cozy cooking evenings. Those who prefer to enjoy the evening sun with a relaxed barbecue will get their money's worth on the adjacent terrace with an electric grill. A large flat screen with smart TV, a radio and free WiFi are available for your entertainment.

You can store your bikes in a separate bike room with a bike suspension, where you can also charge your e-bike. Parking spaces are in front of the house.

On request, we would be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair for younger guests.

The Harz Houses are close to nature in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Wernigerode and outskirts of town and are an ideal starting point for trips to the varied Harz Mountains. The city center can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes, various bakeries, supermarkets and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity.

A large water park is only 2 km away and offers a large wellness area with a sauna area, an indoor game world and a sports bar with a bowling alley. A trip on the Brockenbahn to the highest mountain in northern Germany, a visit to the Wernigerode Castle and a visit to the Aviation Museum are also worthwhile and are also within walking distance from our holiday homes.

Tolle ruhige Lage, die Wohnung ist mit allem Ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Liegt nur 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und den nächsten Discounter inkl. Bäcker sind in 5 Min. zu erreichen.

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben! Einziges Manko, wofür aber niemand etwas kann, aber m.E. wichtig zu erwähnen ist, ist dass der Baum auf dem Nachbargrundstück sehr stark "pollt" und dies für Allergiker ein Problem sein könnte, da die Pollen bei jedem Windstoß auf die Terrasse fliegen.Aber ansonsten alles super!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung - perfekter Ausgangspunkt

Unkomplizierter Check-In. Saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit bequemen Betten. Urbane aber ruhige Lage - für uns perfekt. Von hier aus war alles fußläufig erreichbar... 5-10 Minuten in die wundervolle Stadtmitte von Wernigerode oder auch zu den Haltestellen der Harzbahn. Highlight für uns war, dass wir von hier direkt in eine absolut zu empfehlende Wandertour rauf auf den Brocken starten konnten. Immer wieder gerne.

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll in der Einrichtung als auch in ihrer Lage. Eine totale Ruhe im Umfeld, man kann seine Ferientage voll genießen. Trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten im sehr schönen Ortskern. Also waren wir zu 100% zufrieden und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Perfekt für eine kleine Familie

Wir waren 10 Tag zu Gast im Harzhaus, und es wirklich schön. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, und man kann alles entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichen. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten mit zwei gleich großen Schlafzimmern, einem schönen Wohn-/Esszimmer, einer modernen Küche und einem schönen Bad. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal in einem der Harzhäuser bleiben ☺️

Ferienwohnung Harzhaus Wernigerode

Wir waren mit unserer Enkelin 5 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung mit Terrasse, ruhig gelegen, in die Altstadt kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen und das Auto auch mal stehen lassen, ein schönes Waldbad mitten in der Stadt . Wir haben längst nicht alles gesehen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank

Schönes Haus (Hs.3)

Häuser liegen in einer Stichstraße mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Zum Einkaufen nur wenige Laufminuten (Netto mit Bäckerei + NP in 5 Min.). Zum Zentrum Laufweg 10-15 Min. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und "stylish". Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich - Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber und von der Lage ideal. Man war schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt und es gibt als Familie sehr viel in der näheren Umgebung zu erkunden.

Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. Aber dennoch in ruhiger Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist alles modern, sauber und gepflegt im Haus. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und unkompliziert.

Empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung, war sehr sauber und die Lage auf einem Hinterhof ist auch sehr ruhig. Fußläufig ist die Innenstadt bequem zu erreichen, sodass man das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen könnte.
