From the bright living room with dining area, you can step out onto a beautiful south-facing terrace with fantastic views of the dunes and the sea. Here, you can enjoy the Sylt sea air and truly unwind.

Clean lines and light colors create a modern atmosphere inside the house. The open kitchen is cleverly separated from the living area by a room divider and leaves nothing to be desired with its wine refrigerator, induction stove, and Nespresso coffee machine. On the first floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The basement level of the house features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plenty of closet space, and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be added to each of these rooms. On the same level, you’ll also find another bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The vacation destination of Wenningstedt welcomes you with numerous dining options, a beautiful promenade, and the vast expanse of Sylt’s western beach.

Basement: In the basement area of your home, you’ll find two beautifully designed rooms, each with a double bed (approx. 180x200 cm). Ample closet space and one flat-screen TV are, of course, included. A crib can be added to both bedrooms. A shower room is also located on this level.
