Perched on a scenic hillside in Wenatchee’s coveted upper Sunnyslope neighborhood, this stunning 7,000 sq. ft. home offers panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains from nearly every room. With no neighbors on one side and just 15 minutes from downtown, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy—while staying close to everything this vibrant region has to offer.

Whether you're skiing at Mission Ridge (30 mins), wine tasting in Leavenworth (25 mins), boating at Lake Chelan (45 mins), golfing at one of 8 nearby courses, or catching a concert at The Gorge (60 mins), this is your perfect home base for adventure and relaxation.

The Space:

This expansive three-level home was thoughtfully designed for group getaways, family reunions, and multi-generational travel. There’s room for everyone to spread out—or come together.

Even better than the pictures! This luxury home was perfect for our group of 10. We loved the spaciousness and how no detail was overlooked. The location was perfect and the views were beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house is in a fantastic location with beautiful scenery all around. It offers plenty of space, and we easily could’ve spent the entire day indoors thanks to all the games provided, kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave the house at all!We weren’t able to enjoy the balconies because of the rain and cold weather, but we could tell it would be the perfect spot to watch a gorgeous sunrise, especially in warmer conditions.Austin was extremely responsive. Overall, a wonderful home and a great experience. we’d love to return!

Great stay

Perfect for our group which included adults, a toddler and kids 5 - 7. Plenty of space and a big table for group dinner. We came to ski at mission ridge and it was about 30 - 35 mins away but that seems typical for the rentals in that area. Place was spotless and well stocked.We really enjoyed this and would book it again.

Austin was a great host! The cleanliness of the house was great, the work out room was awesome and we loved the gift basket! The instructions for checking out were easy to read and follow. Spacious yet cozy

This home provided many ways to spend time together. We enjoyed the wonderful views from the deck and the great game room that included not only ping pong and foosball, but an abundance of toys for the toddlers. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and welcoming.

Place was exactly what we expected and more!

At first, we did not even realize that we were booking a three-story place, place was wonderful and the complementary gifts that they gave us we really enjoyed! The balcony was our favorite spot with the soft couches in the beautiful amazing view!

Fun friends getaway.

What an amazing house! 5 couples shared this house for the weekend to attend a wedding in Wenatchee and it was perfect. There was plenty of space to hang out and visit, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking breakfast both mornings. And the view!!! I would definitely recommend this home for a beautiful spacious environment to enjoy family or friends.
