Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Rediscover the beauty of nature from this charming cabin, off the beaten path and just minutes from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Nestled in the woods, it’s ideal for those looking to explore the great outdoors and spot local wildlife. Secluded, peaceful spot that’s still close enough to local attractions, great restaurants, hiking, biking, fishing and shopping. Sit out on the cozy front porch to sip your coffee or local wines and enjoy the fresh air!
This new construction cabin sits on a 2 acre wooded site. It has a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath and open living space design. The roomy living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, keurig and a fabulous built-in bench style table. The open loft has a twin sized day bed and adorable padded window bench. Linens are provided but no linen service during your stay. Wifi, Dish network and a dvd/blu-ray are available.

As always, Traci was a wonderful host, and you couldn't ask for a better place to stay when visiting Tioga County. The cabin is a very private, secluded hideaway, but still close enough to amenities in Wellsoboro and beautiful sights to see in this gorgeous part of Pennsylvania. The cabin is modern, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Always love staying here.

This cabin is well maintained, clean, cozy and very relaxing. A perfect place to stay in the Grand Canyon area of PA. The outdoor fire ring and seating area was a pleasure. The interior was nicely decorated and spacious. This cabin did not disappoint and made our getaway even more enjoyable. Great communication by the host.

Beautiful cottage in the woods

Clean, welcoming, cute decorations, comfortable and terrific host. We were two couples "of a certain age" and found the place fully functional and a joy to live in for a full week. Thanks, and we'd love to come back.

Picturesque place to unwind

Wonderful Cozy Cabin

This was our 5th stay here and we look forward to it EVERY year! The property and cabin are very well maintained and clean. The quietness outside it deafening!! We love it here. Highly recommend!

Location was great; close to all the places we wanted to see. Cabin was nicely decorated, very clean and quiet. Host Traci responded quickly when minor assistance needed and even followed up to be sure all okay!

Another great experience at the Cozy Cabin

We have stayed here a number of times and it always exceeds expectations. The communication from Traci is always great. It is always exceptionally clean upon arrival and there is obviously a great deal of thought put into guest comfort and attention to detail. Great location if you are looking for a quiet escape but still convenient to several local points of interest.

Girls Getaway Weekend

After this…we are making it a thing. We recently enjoyed a wonderful weekend at a cozy cabin in the woods while attending the Dickens Christmas weekend festivities in Wellsboro, and it was truly a fantastic experience! While the cabin wasn’t decorated for the holidays, it was beautifully appointed, perfectly capturing the charm of a rustic retreat. Our group of three friends gathered to spend quality time together, and we loved exploring all the delightful activities that the quaint town of Wellsboro has to offer, just a short 15-minute drive away. We attended the Dickens Christmas weekend in town for the first time. The cabin provided a comfortable and inviting space for us to relax, make hot cocoa, and watch Hallmark Christmas movies while we wrapped presents for our favorite people. This was probably one of my favorite rental properties! Our family and also our friend group stay at short-term rentals a few times a year, and this cabin ranks in my top three. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes, soft towels, and cozy sheets that enhanced our stay. The spacious layout allowed us to unwind and connect, while the privacy of the cabin made it feel like our own little escape. It was cold outside, but inside was always warm and inviting. I highly recommend this lovely cabin to anyone looking to explore the Wellsboro area. It truly made our weekend memorable!

Great get away

Beautiful home in a fantastic location for exploring the rail trail, Cherry Springs State Park, and historic Wellsboro. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Will be back and hope to stay longer

Nearly perfect

This cabin was so clean which I appreciate so much after staying in some that clearly were not. Even the chairs around the fire pit were clean! It was so secluded but yet not too far from town. Water is drinkable & tastes great. Communication with Traci was great as well. If I had anything negative to report it would be that we didn't find the bed very comfortable. We will recommend this cabin to anyone going to this area, and we will definitely book again when we come back to the area. Thank you Traci!
