From a former youth hostel, ARC has created a bright, modern house full of unique spaces for entertaining and sleeping up to 20 guests. With a generous living and dining room, outdoor pool, hot tub, and alfresco kitchen, it's a superb choice for retreats, corporate trips, or gatherings of family and friends.



The property is fully equipped for entertaining, with four ovens, two hobs, and two dishwashers, all fitted with premium Miele appliances. Guests can enjoy a wine fridge, two beer taps, a large pizza oven, and a spacious Braai/BBQ.



Inside, you'll find two 52 TVs with Apple Firestick apps, professional Wi-Fi throughout, and bright open-plan living spaces. All bedrooms are furnished with Super-King beds, which can also be arranged as twin singles. For leisure, there is Petanque as well as a yoga studio located within the lounge.



The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertaining, featuring an alfresco dining area, an 8 person wood-fired hot tub, and an outdoor swimming pool.



ARC Next-the-Sea is located in the center of town, around a 30-minute walk from the beach. Wells-next-the-Sea is a working fishing port that has grown into one of Norfolk's most characterful and historically rich seaside destinations. The bustling harbor still teems with fishing boats and children crabbing on the quay. Step through pinewood forests onto miles of empty beaches, take a boat at high tide to spot seals, or venture inland to discover nature reserves, flint villages, and welcoming country pubs. Please note, this property is not suitable for stag or hen groups. Up to two dogs are welcome at a charge of $50 each. The house is powered by an air source heat pump, ensuring no reliance on fossil fuels. For accessibility, there are two step-free bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which includes a DDA-compliant bathroom.
