Paquete de bienvenida. Pequeño patio cerrado con muebles de jardín y barbacoa. Estacionamiento privado para 2 autos. No Fumar.. Escondido en la ciudad de Wells-next-the-Sea, no te decepcionará lo que ofrece la ubicación de esta casa adosada. La propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento para dos autos. Estás a una corta distancia a pie de múltiples tiendas, restaurantes, pubs, tiendas de pescado y papas fritas y heladerías. La famosa playa de arena está a solo 1¼ millas de distancia, con un mini tren de temporada que te lleva desde el muelle hasta la playa. Cuando llegue a la playa, notará un campo de golf loco y más actividades familiares divertidas. El puerto está prácticamente a la vuelta de la esquina, que ofrece navegación y pesca de cangrejos.
    Hay una parada de autobús cerca de la cabaña, que lo transportará a lo largo de la costa a muchas otras ciudades costeras, perfecto para familias que buscan explorar la costa de Norfolk.
    El pueblo de Holkham está a solo 3,2 km y The Royal Sandringham Estate está a solo 30 minutos en coche. La ciudad más cercana es Norwich, a 30 millas de distancia, que ofrece centros comerciales, museos, un teatro y un estadio de fútbol. Playa de 1¼ millas. Tienda y pub 200 yardas, restaurante 500 yardas.

Fantastic property, very clean, well presented, and had everything we needed for a weekend away.

We had a wonderful stay, very close to the town and everything we needed for a weekend away. All items worked and were easy to use. Beautifully presented and very clean. Definitely would return here when in the area.

Wells

We have had a really lovely stay in September Cottage. The Cottage was perfect and very well equipped. It is situated near to all the amenities and the sea. Would love to come back to visit more of Norfolk. Thank you.

The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving.

The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving. I picked this cottage because it said there was an enclosed garden which I wanted because we took a dog, it didn’t say it was across the court yard and not attached to the house. But the cottage itself was lovely well equipped and close to the cafes, pubs and shops.

Very nice stay in Wells

Property is perfectly situated in Wells and very simple to find in the Town. Has all the amenities needed, comfortable. There is a small garden separate to the property with table/chairs etc which was great for us as weather was lovely. As the description says probably not ideal if you have anyone in party with limited mobility as stairs are steep and narrow. Wells itself is lovely with good puns and restaurants and a selection of cafes and independent stores. The Globe pub was a particular favourite with very good food. Would visit again. Many thanks.

We had a lovely 5 day break here in September.

We had a lovely 5 day break here in September.Great location being only a few minutes walk from shops and seafront. We really enjoyed our holiday here and would stay here again. House was really clean. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy sitting room. It was great to have onsite parking and could have managed without using the car if we hadn’t wanted to explore wider Norfolk. Being a very old property in need of a couple of small areas being repainted (downstairs loo and staircase walls).Two loos but only one bathroom with shower over bath. Fine for just two of us but could prove an issue if fully occupied with 6 people. Would need a bathroom rota!Lovely bedrooms. Bed iwas super comfy and we slept really well but would have liked to have had mattress and pillow protectors on the bed. Would have given 5 stars but for the couple of minor things mentioned above.

Very enjoyable stay in cosy cottage. Excellent location and facilities, would definitely choose September cottage again for future visits.

Lovely cottage , excellent location

Cosy, comfortable, welcoming. Our only issuues were a very stiff key safe..we took a few minutes to open it! and rather noisy heating when the bathroom and adjoining bedroom radiatots were turned on. Neither impacted our great enjoyment of the cottage!
