Newly renovated studio condo across the street from Wells Beach. This unit is perfect for 2-3 people. It features a queen bed, a queen futon, AC, new cable tv, WiFi, plus a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. This unit has a patio for outside dining or a common area barbecue picnic area. The location of this gem is its greatest asset. Close to Wells Beach center but tucked in off busy Atlantic Avenue. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed in unit

Bethany was an AMAZING host from the moment I found the condo with all of my questions until our last day. She was quick to respond to any of my messages and always very pleasant to deal with.The location was quiet, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend her condo to anyone that is looking for a great deal and great stay while in Wells.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Only a few problems. 1. Tv went off many times 2. Not satisfied with mini refrigerator. Had to buy ice everyday and door squeaks. 3. Bed outside bathroom is in a bad location as every time that you walk to or from bathroom you can bang your leg on the end.

tout est là ! et le service clinetèle est excellent.

Toutes es petites attentions d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Café, vaisselle, sel, poivre.... Moi et mon amie nous disions, il dtoi y avoir un BUG!!!! Mais non... les détails sont là . Wow.. Petite note : Peut-être un moppe ou un tapis de bain pour la salle de bain, mais, tout est parfait !!!

This unit is tucked away from the main road but still very accessible. The kitchen was well-stocked and the entire place well-kept. It is tiny but had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great location

The place was tiny..almost too tiny for the 2 of us, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The best part is that it is just steps from the beach. The entire property is quiet, peaceful and well maintained.

Was a nice rental except for futon couch. Not good for back issues. Owner was very nice, we had issues with Tv . And she fixed it somewhat until cable co. could check it out.

Great condo- so close to beach

Condo was just as described- so close to beach, and perfect location. Immaculate inside - every amenity you could need . Owner very attentive - takes pride in her condo . The shower was super hot/ and loved the power of the rain shower head Quiet area off road- neighbors very friendly Nice kitchen area with just enough room to cook and enjoy morning cofffee. Outside area is nice with a small table and chairs Bed very comfy - loved our stay and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others !! Owner kindly brought us over a few bags of ice as well !! Thanks to a wonderful place to vacation

Comfort in Wells

Great place to stay. Very clean and the host was very attentive and extremely nice. Beach is across the street and it's very close to restaurants, shopping and Hanaford's. Highly recommend staying here.

Probably the cleanest VRBO experience we have had. Place is equivalent to an efficient studio equipped with an AMZING shower! Location is excellent and property manager was great.
