"Our room was clean, stylish and quiet. So quiet in fact, we slept until 10 a.m. In the most comfortable beds with wonderful pillows. We missed breakfast the first morning! We received text messages asking if we needed anything throughout our stay and the front desk staff was very friendly. Truly, one of the best nights sleep we’ve had in a hotel. We will be traveling back through in a month, already booked our stay. Great hotel!"

"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. "nice waffle maker at the free breakfast. decent sized room, tv was huge and bed was comfy. the pillows were on the smaller side, didn't bother me just a heads up for those that need lots of large fluffy pillows. the room had a very musty smell i'm assuming it came from the AC? probably needs a filter change? if you have allergies or a sensitive nose please beware"

"I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast."

"Let me start off by saying "I love Extended Stay". I was a little disappointed this time. My husband & I chose this hotel for a small anniversary get away. The initial check-in was mediocre. The concierge didnt seem to have a good spirit(maybe she was having a bad day, I won't hold it against her.) The 1st complaint that I had was the shower head. Only NBA players would be safe. I am 5'7 and my husband is 6'3...he had to tiptoe to adjust the shower head and I would have had to stand on the side...

"The room was never mopped the floor was dirty. My bathroom was never swept or mopped. There was hair already in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The hair dryer had cracks in it so I never used it but needed to . The shower curtain was to small and had rips in it at the top."

"We felt like we were staying in an elegant, but extremely comfortable home. It looks just like the photos. We stayed in the Renoir Suite for 4 nights and it was beyond our expectations. Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and sheets/blankets. The continental breakfast had wonderful pastries. The cooked breakfast was very savory. It's not far from the airport. Melinda was very helpful in keeping in touch and answering questions. The beach is very close as are many great places to eat....
