Enjoy the best of the Cape

We are often disappointed with vacation rentals, but this newly-constructed home really delivered in comfort, things to do, and quality details.The kitchen was well-appointed with *extremely* nice appliances and both stainless steel and high-quality nonstick cookware. We ate nearly every meal in the home, and even cleanup was a breeze with the top-of-the-line dishwasher. Bedrooms and the living room featured high-end televisions and sound systems, perfect for watching a movie, having a dance party, or streaming your favorite nature images. The loft was perfect for launching our homemade paper airplanes and featured a card table, poker set, cribbage, and a wet bar. The outdoor spaces were plentiful and varied, with both uncovered and enclosed spaces -- at least 4 different outdoor spaces (including a rooftop deck!), plus patios. The living room had a comfy sitting area plus a chess/checkers/backgammon table, a large dining table, and a deck that opened out onto a view of the harbor in the distance and the forest close by.There was a separate guest quarters over the garage, which featured a private bedroom, a bathroom, and kitchen facilities.Outside, there were plenty of activities, including a putting green, cornhole, table tennis, & Jenga -- plus an outdoor shower.There are ocean beaches, harbor beaches, and large ponds close by, but if I had to say I was missing anything it would be a pool or hot tub. Great family getaway!

It could not have been better. House was very clean. Everything was new and in perfect condition. It had every accessory you would ever need. Beautiful home and fantastic view from the roof top.
