    Inside, the home has been refreshed with thoughtful upgrades, including new bedding, window treatments, updated TVs, and a modernized bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and overlooks the water, while the second cozy bedroom features two twin beds. The open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, an adjustable couch, and a 30" TV for relaxing evenings indoors all while enjoying water views.

Beautiful views of the bay

This is a lovely cottage right on the bay. Just walk down the stairs to enjoy the sandy beach and views of Great Island. We've been coming to the Cape for decades and would stay here again. This is a cozy cottage with great views. It was clean with plenty of light. The beds in the "kids" room looked great for young children but might be a bit cramped for teenagers or adults. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is a lovely tide clock so we could easily see it the tide was coming in or going out and about how long it was until the next tide change. The only "complaint" is that the ticking of the clocks in the living room was a bit loud when sitting quietly reading.

The house is small but comfortable for a couple. Kitchen well equipped (but no dishwasher). Views and location are superb - as advertised. Very happy with our stay.However, we spent an hour late at night trying to find the house. Very frustrating. It turns out street it's on turns into a footpath. The house is beyond the footpath and The only way to get to it is by going down a different street. This should be made much clearer! The checkin instructions specify code for a lockbox. We looked for it in the dark but there is none. It turns out that the code is for a coded lock that is part of the door. It would be good to have directions and instructions written from the point of view of someone who has never been there, and possibly include photograph or map of the confusing parts.

The deck is our favorite spot to eat and the views are gorgeous. The interior of the cottage is clean and cozy. You could easily spend your entire stay right here, but if you want to explore, there are many activities nearby. We enjoy restaurants in downtown Wellfleet, as well as heading over to the ocean side in the late afternoon. P-town is also a great place for restaurants, shopping, and nature activities and is about 25 minutes away.

Recently I have discovered the trails in Wellfleet Conservation Trust located on Indian Neck which make for marvelous walking when the tide is high and access to the bay beaches is limited. It is the perfect spot for my family.

The only downside was the WiFi was weak so anyone relying on it would have a hard time if it’s not addressed. We would definitely return!
