Winter Paradise on the St. Johns River w/deep water boat slip

Bring your boat and enjoy all that the St. Johns River has to offer..... from fishing, boating, natural springs, and natural forests. Welaka is home to some of the best large-mouth bass fishing in the world. Condo has recently been remodeled and has a beachy vibe. Both bedrooms are Separate Suites for privacy. Both bedrooms have 50" TV's, the living room has 60" TVs. The sitting room has a 70" TV. Sonos speakers are through out the condo and Alexa is in both bedrooms. There is a large pool with plenty of room for relaxation that over looks the St. Johns River. The boat slip will accommodate up to a 25ft boat.

We were allowed last minute (as we had a brother dog death) to being our dog. We kept him crated and he did well! Great place to stay and very well equipped. Hosts are fantastic.

Property was on a beautiful riverfront setting. Condo was tastefully decorated and had all amenities we needed and then some. Enjoyed the pool and grilling out. The pool and property grounds were well maintained. Great time visiting St. Augustine. Hosts met any needs immediately

The stay was great. The complex was quiet; however everyone we talked to was very friendly. The river view from our unit was wonderful. Nice to be able to get up everyday with that view. Our hosts, Gary and Traci were welcoming and quickly responded to our questions. The unit was well cared for and suited our needs. We had a wonderful time!

This property is tucked away against the river, with access to larger shipping areas a short drive away. The third floor view provides a beautiful vista all day long but especially at sunset. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive assisting with any issues that may occur during the stay. The condo has all modern appliances and fittings with TV's throughout the house for every occasion. I highly recommend this location to families for an extended stay or even a beautiful weekend away from the noise of the city.

Great place on the St Johns River

This Condo was beautiful. It has everything you need for your stay. The owners were very courteous and quick to respond to any questions we had. Has an assigned boat slip which was easy to get in and out of. Quick ride to renegades and the springs by boat, highly recommend.

Peaceful and Comfortable

This property overlooks St. Johns River and is peaceful with the condo tenants being very nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The condo unit is spacious and has all amenities needed with a fully stocked kitchen (appliances, dishes, utensils and even some spices) We would definitely stay again!

Outstanding opportunity to enjoy the St. Johns River

We had an great experience. This unit looks directly at the water and the views throughout the day are tremendous. We stayed there a few.months and felt like we were at home. Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have an uninterrupted great time.

Wonderful Fishcation

It was wonderful, almost felt guilty coming in from fishing into such a nice place. All the electronics were well ahead of our time but fun to enjoy ie sound system, lighting & music. Owners very nice.

Relaxing Riverfront Escape

This is a great condo to come home to after a long day out on the river or at the nearby springs/forests. It's nicely furnished, well equipped, and has a good view of the St. John's River. The unit includes a boat slip and if you don't have your own boat, there are a couple of rental options nearby. The community is very quiet and is well kept. There are a couple of swings overlooking the boat docks and a nice pool. The unit's wifi can support WFH in case you need to catch up on work emails during your stay. The condo's light switches/vertical blind controls are a challenge to use and it would be nice to see better quality pot/pans/cooking utensils in the kitchen. Overall though, it's a great place that I plan to return to.
