"Die Nähe vom Letzigrund Stadion ist als ausserordentlich gut zu bewerten (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss). Nach dem Konzert wollten wir noch Fussball-WM im TV schauen, leider hat sich der TV regelmässig nach zwei bis drei Minuten immer wieder ausgeschaltet. Das hat uns ziemlich genervt. "Reception was horrendous, didn’t give important information like where breakfast is supposed to be and details of the stay, till prompted. No smile and not welcoming.
