"Schock bei der Anreise. Habe ich noch nie erlebt & darf nicht passieren! Toilette war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Personal an der Rezeption nett und bemüht. "Staying in an historic schloss in the eastern German countryside was a unique experience. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful, though communication was a bit disconnected at first. The Schloss is well off the beaten path - but very charming."
