Are you ready to wake at the lake?! This like new home is going to blow you away with the GORGEOUS year round water views from every bedroom/ oversized porch/ and private dock. You'll love the seclusion of this beautiful property, but convenience to restaurants and shops. We have left no detail untouched with upgraded amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar/ luxury mattresses, comforters, sheets, and towels/ pool and ping pong table/ custom fire pit/ dedicated workspace.

As you enter you'll notice an open concept living/ kitchen/ dining space and a king master bedroom on the main level. On the main floor you'll also find the 1/2 bathroom, office nook and a fully stocked laundry room. If you go outside on the main level you'll be on the 10x20 ft porch with a swinging bed and a outdoor dining table to enjoy the amazing views.

Once you go downstairs, you'll see another master king bedroom with a twin bunk bed nook attached and it's own private bathroom. You can exit to outside from this bedroom and have your own private porch overlooking the custom fire pit area. Going forward on the downstairs floor you'll see the "kids" room with a double bunk bed plus a pull out trundle, this room is semi private, but does share a bathroom. Then a third king bedroom with a reading nook area. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom attached and 50 inch smart TV's with all of the apps/ channels you could need, and every room in the house has an excellent view of the lake. On this floor we have also added a kitchenette for your convenience. Going outside from the downstairs, you'll find an identical 10x20 porch with grill and a 6-8 person sectional overlooking the lake. We have a private dock with a boat slip, and have supplied 2 kayaks, a 6x18 lillypad, and life jackets for you to use on the lake.
