"Check in very simple. Scan the QR code on the door and put in your booking ref. Then use your phone to unlock main entrance and also for your room. Room very clean upon arrival but washing up sponge had already been used. Beds were comfy but the double bed was on rails and moved side to side with minimal contact even when not intentional. Could have done with extra pillow, gap between wall and bed meant single pillow kept slipping behind bed. You needed to request to get room cleaned, something...
