"The property was a great older style hotel. Large rooms and baths. Lot of little things detracted from stay. Simple things like no shelving in bathrooms. The parking in back lacked security.
Had some problems with getting room cleaned and fixing clogged sink. Staff were polite when approached but did little to fix problems until "next shift"."

Enjoyed the 24 access to coffee. The only disappointment was the breakfast options and the quality of the breakfast options. Everything else was top notch, and I highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. "
