"As far as quality, service, cleanliness, and pause the experience goes I gave it 100 across the board. Staff was great, breakfast was above and beyond, and there are only two things I would have changed about our three night stay here. I have back problems and most hotel beds are extremely uncomfortable, that definitely applied to this hotel which made me feel like my back was breaking in the middle of the night (My teenagers of course have zero issues here and found it very comfortable) And...

"Some kind of chemical was used on the bathroom counter that burned my arm. The alarm system went off 4 times between 11pm-3:30am. The fire dept reset it at 3:30! Morning staff was very rude during breakfast, which had hardly anything to eat at 8:00. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel managers extremely friendly and approachable. Visible renovation occurring to rooms.That being said, bed was very comfortable…TV worked well. Tons of walkable food nearby. Pet friendly. Cost efficient. Ignored the cosmetics of upgrades and repairs—just needed a bed at the end of the day! Frig in room worked well and microwave in room was handy. VERY SAFE neighborhood as well. Don’t expect the RITZ and you’ll be just fine!! Yes, I would stay there again…."
