"We came to Portland for a concert at Moda Center. Hotel was in good location for taking the TriMet to concert venue. Valet was very helpful with directions & recommendations of good restaurants. Room itself was small & had a stale odor but was clean."

"Very pretty room. Was not expecting it to be modern/ so upgraded. Mini bar in the room had plenty of drink options. Disappointed that we didn’t get a scare in room 903. Hopefully one day we can travel back and have a spooky experience if it really is haunted. Wish my husband and I could’ve stayed longer. Only bummer is no parking. Valet for 58$ is way overpriced. "The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."

"Big noise and bang noise coming from the ventilation system and I had to change the room and dragging all my luggage in the middle of the night to a different room that a nice lady at the reception find it available. The new room was dirty, with moisture around the bathtub grout and smelly walls from 100 years old wood. Never go back in this property "
