"Great aparthotel conveniently located within walking distance of Kyoto Station and a large shopping mall.
The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage delivery. All the amenities and equipment you could need were either provided in the room or available at reception. The washing machine and the bathroom drying system were particularly useful during the hot Japanese summer. The dryer was surprisingly efficient and very quiet, making it easy to do laundry overnight.

"Loved the family suite. It was perfect for my husband, myself, 2 kids, and brother who were traveling. Plenty of room. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a plus, and I was able to catch up on laundry since it was the middle of our trip. Unit stayed cool with air conditioner, which was nice due to the heat in July. We arrived before check in and were able to store our luggage in their luggage room for no additional cost. It was close to an amazing coffee place as well and a family mart...

"The room I got was very good for the price. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I wanted plus some extras, like they provided detergent for the washing machine. The location is nice (1 block away from a subway station) and the staff are efficient. The only thing I disliked is that they want you to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, which is strange and could cause problems, but thankfully I avoided any such problems."
