Head upstairs to find two spacious bedrooms and a loft area perfect for game night. The lower level is perfect for kids who need their own TV room and space to spread out, and the addition of another electric fireplace makes for a cozy situation. While the kids are entertained, you'll be enjoying Toasty Marshmallow's mountain view. The covered deck allows you to discover the ever-changing vista no matter what the weather. Of course, there's also a fire pit and cornhole for your evening entertainment... don't forget to pick up marshmallows and a bundle of firewood on the way! This Asheville cabin is located in Waynesville and is approximately 37 minutes from downtown Asheville.

• Please note, the hot tub at Toasty Marshmallow is currently offline due to maintenance issues, and is expected to return to service on or around 6/12/2025. Thank you for your understanding.
• The Toasty Marshmallow is pet-friendly with restrictions due to Insurance requirements. The following breeds are not permitted; Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Any Wolf Breeds, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Presa Carios, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, and Staffordshire Terrier.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.


This Is a Pet-Friendly Property -- Please Read this Important Information!
We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 2 dogs) and their weight.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
