This newly renovated Lake House with all new flooring, furniture, fixtures and appliances, along with 2 kayaks and a Maui Mat, didn’t get the name of “Silverview” without reason. Silverview, from inside and out, overlooks spectacular views of Big Silver Lake in Wautoma. In the evenings, relax inside or on the upper or lower deck patio sets and take in some of the most amazing sunsets this lake has to offer, from one of the best spots to view them. Big Silver Lake is the largest lake in Waushara County and fully recreational.

It is listed as one of the clearest and cleanest lakes in Wisconsin. Silverview’s location on South Silver lake road, offers a tranquil scene away from the noise of the highway.

This is a three bedroom two bath home that can comfortably sleep 12 people, (when the two queen bed sectionals are also utilized).

Amenities included, make you feel as if you are at a home away from home with free Wi-Fi, hot tub, gas grill, fully furnished kitchen with additional refrigerator in the garage, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and large washer and dryer.

Silverview provides linens, bath and beach towels. Watch the big game or enjoy a great movie on the 70 inch Smart TV upstairs or 43 inch Smart TV downstairs.

Cozy up by the downstairs wood burning fireplace on those chilly nights, or take it outdoors by the outside fire pit. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub on the outside lower deck.

The large Sea Wall “deck” on the water, offers plenty of room for lounging, and the pier has room for two boats.
