Beachfront Top Floor Condo - One Minute Walk to the Beach - Spectacular View!

  • The unobstructed view of the ocean waves takes your breath away from the moment you walk through the front door. Let’s face it, that’s what you’re here for, so put your bags down, and take it in for a while from the living room or balcony. Keep an eye open for occasional sightings of an otter drifting by, dolphins riding the surf, and perhaps even whales! Enjoy the frequent visits from the sweet hummingbirds that come to drink from our feeders on the balcony. This clean and comfortable condo is located on the third floor, facing West for spectacular sunsets.

    You will also enjoy the beautiful furnishings and decor in the interior of the condo during your stay. The master bedroom shares the ocean view, with access to the balcony, and has a California king size bed with a goose down mattress topper and goose down pillows. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with goose down pillows.

    Take a short drive to dine out in Aptos, Capitola or Moss Landing, or grill up your own delicacies on the BBQ. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood burning fireplace, catch your favorite movie on the flat screen T.V. hooked up with cable and/or the Blu Ray DVD player, have some laughs over the plentiful stock of games, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi.

    Pajaro Dunes Resort is nestled approximately 20 miles south of Santa Cruz, and 30 miles north of Monterey. Located at Sunset State Beach, you can enjoy long strolls to Manresa State Beach and beyond. Spend a fun-filled day kayaking with the otters at Moss Landing, just a ten minute drive. Boogey board, surf or fish right outside the condo. Watch the extensive variety of birds while strolling around the Shorebirds pond, or enjoy a friendly game of tennis, pickleball, or basketball on this beautiful and peaceful property.

Wonderful! Just what we were looking for and literally right on the beach, with amazing views from both the living room and master bedroom. The location in Pajaro Dunes was close to all of the places we wanted to go (Monterey, Santa Cruz, Big Sur, Redwoods, etc.) but still secluded, serene, and peaceful. The condo was clean, fully stocked, and everything was provided.

We had a wonderful time as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The ocean view in the main room and master bedroom is absolutely beautiful and being able to hear the ocean waves while sleeping was amazing. The condo is equipped with all supplies needed and is located nearby everything. 10/10 experience !

Host was very attentive and accommodating. The house was cozy for the family and there nothing like walking out the front door straight down your private walk to the beach. We'll be back.

This property is very family friendly. We love to cook and the kitchen and beach supplies including towels are well equipped. We enjoyed how quiet it was, easy beach access and spectacular views. We took long walks every day. Condo is on the third floor and is accessible by using the stairs only. Property has a little store and gift shop just in case you forget to bring something, prices aren’t bad. Staff are also friendly. I recommend doing your shopping for food and supplies prior to arriving. Wonderful berry stand across from Starbucks next to Chevron. We purchased fruit there to enjoy during our trip and on our way home. This is the perfect spot if you want an excuse to rest and relax. Don’t forget to do tasting at Martinelli’s down the street. We hope to visit again.

The condo was clean, quiet and safe. We had easy beach access….literally just steps away from a clean and quiet beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean Great value for the money. My only advice is the 2nd bedroom is probably best for kids and not adults, as the mattresses were pretty firm. Regardless, we had THE BEST time. Would stay here again! Sally is a great and responsive host :)

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great and Sally provided a lot of the amenities that we needed for the beach! We were even able to have a bonfire with the fit pit provided!

Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the beach or stay inside and take in the view. The host was very responsive to any questions. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Overall a cute place in the right location for what I was looking for. Quiet and the view from the place was amazing. I would stay here again.
