Lovely House in Watford near Harry Potter Studio

Located in a quiet residential road a few minutes from London. Modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The garden has a patio area with gas barbeque. Close to the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studios, local restaurants, bars, historic sites, nature reserves, golfing, boating as well as Watford Town FC. Average journey into London by train only 20 minutes from Watford Junction or 20 minutes by car. Very convenient for events at the Grove, Wembley Stadium and Arena.

Das kleine Haus ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit Eustace war großartig und sehr zuvorkommend. Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit der Küche. Das kann natürlich auch an den Vormieter*innen gelegen haben. Der Ort Watford ist eine kleine Oase, wenn man dem Trubel in London für einen Moment entfliehen möchte. Allerdings ist es ohne Auto sehr zeitaufwendig von A zu B zu kommen. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Drei-Tages Trip nach London

Saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft in der Nähe der Harry-Potter Studios. Prinzipiell kann man diese fußläufig erreichen, da der Parkplatz kostenlos ist sind wir die 5 Minuten dennoch gefahren da wir noch Anschlussprogramm hatten.

Séjour en famille près de Londres

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et très bien placée. A seulement 20 minutes à pied des studios Harry Potter, la gare de Watford pour accéder au centre de Londres en 45 minutes. Le propriétaire disponible pour nous guider et nous donner les bons conseils pour l'utilisation des transports.

Our stay in Watford

A pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood. It is about a 40-45 min train ride into London. You can catch a local bus to the train station fairly easy or get an uber to take you there in only about 10 min. There is a store for basics and a good fish, chip, chicken place withing walking distance. Entry was easy and it was nice all having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Very pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay in Eustace's house. The area was safe and quiet. We chose it for a more comfortable and affordable accommodation whilst still able to visit London. Eustace was responsive and helpful. Thank you.

Great holiday

We had a lovely stay. The communication with the owner was great. We had a smooth check in/out process. The property was a great location for us. Only a short walk to the Harry Potter studios which was the main part of our visit. We were a short walk to the local shops which had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future and would 100% recommend.

Ideal location for HP studio tour

We had a lovely stay in the house, it has everything we needed for our family trip and it was perfect spot to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which is only 5 minute drive down the road.

Great place close to Harry Potter Studios

We had an excellent few days at the property. Great location with easy access to motorways and major roads set in a quiet residential area. Spacious and very comfortable accommodation. Equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dish washer and washer/drier. Communication with host was faultless. Would recommend.

Nice and quiet place to place to stay with family

The house is a little bigger than I thought from the photos and our family of five enjoyed a comfortable stay. You can hear the distant sound of the motorway from the bedrooms with the windows open, but this didn't disturb our sleep (we're used to living in a quiet rural location) and the house is in a very quiet and nice suburban area. The drive to Watford Junction Station and travelling by express train (not stopping Overground train) into central London takes about 45 minutes, so this a great place to stay for days trips into London. The owner quickly replied to messages and even kindly and quickly came to rescue me when I inadvertently locked myself in the front porch! We would stay here again if visiting the area again.
