"Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. If you are driving at night or low visibility, beware of the speed humps! The markings have worn away and they are brutal! Drive extra...

"The room wasn’t properly cleaned , dust on the bedside cabinets , bathroom floor not clean , couldn’t get the tv to work and no instructions, the water coming out of the taps was brown . There were no other guests in the whole hotel yet we couldn’t book a standard room . Very disappointed this time . This was a return visit as we thought it was a lovely place last time .
