Viatges a Waterford

The hotel itself was fine. Our kids loved the pool and breakfast. But our bathroom had very clearly been smoked in. We informed the front desk. They said they’d send maintenance to see if they could do anything. I also asked that they re-clean the bathroom as there was a bunch of hair behind the door. No one ever came to the room to do either. We stayed three nights. No one ever cleaned the room even though it should have been cleaned on Friday. I informed the front desk several more times of the smoking because I didn’t want to be charged for it. We kept the door shut and used the bathroom in another family members room. Upon checkout I told them one more time about the smoking. What did we get for the lovely smoke smell? A smoking charge on our credit card. They at least reversed it when I called. But I can’t say I’m very happy with paying full price to not have a usable bathroom and never have the room cleaned.

Beautiful property

Rooms were very clean wish the restaurant and bar would have opened before six other then that nice place to stay

The rooms were clean, quiet and updated. We had a bidet in our room-life changing! The location is wonderful to zip in and out of downtown Ann Arbor. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend to others.
