The Dollhouse is conveniently located. Mystic, Beaches, parks, casinos, shopping

Come in and kick off your shoes. You’ll enter the cleanest 1000 sq ft cape through a self check in lock on a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. First floor is welcoming with a visually beautiful living room and kitchen, perfect for gathering, cooking, playing games or catching a late night movie on your 65” tv (with cable) cozying up on the comfortable Italian leather couch. Half bath with washer/dryer is also located on the first floor. Make your way upstairs, where you’ll find 2 bedrooms, one queen and one full. Upstairs bath has a tiled tub/shower. Outside, enjoy your South facing rear deck for warm sun all day long, or have a nice relaxing fire in the fire pit. Venturing out, you’ll be pleased how convenient it is visit all surrounding areas. This is a great place to stay for a quick ride to Harkness State Park, Rocky Neck State Park, Eugene O’Neill theater, Waterford Beach, Ocean Beach, Hole in the Wall Beach, McCooks Beach, Crescent Beach, Cini Beach, Pleasure Beach, Soundview Beach, Rhode Island beaches, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos, Supercharged Indoor Karting, Dinosaur Place, Great Wolf indoor water park. Take a day trip to Newport or catch the high speed ferry for a day at Block island. Go on a hike with plenty of trails close by. Beach essentials are here for you, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, sand toys, etc… Everything you need for a day at the beach or day of exploring is on site. We’ve got you covered. Plenty of shopping options in all directions. Iron, ironing board, blow dryer, etc.. is all here plus stuff you might’ve forgotten. It’s a great location to see/explore our entire, beautiful shoreline. You can get anywhere from here. You can!!! And a continental breakfast (or late night snack) of Eggo’s are always on hand. Snacks and an emergency meal are always available too.

Wow! Great Host, Lovely Place

Wow! What an amazing host. I think Nick spoiled us for all other hosts. He had snacks, beverages and even treats for my dog:-)! Nick texted us to ensure we had all we needed. Check in was so easy. Place is lovely, and clean. It is convenient to a number of activities and restaurants. We got to go to a very nice beach that was about 15 minutes away, and were able to enjoy Mystic, which was about 25ish minutes away.I traveled with my adult niece and two pets. Nick, and his hospitality, helped to make it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

The Dollhouse

We stayed here while attending a family wedding and could not have been more pleased. The owners checked in with us after our arrival to be sure we had everything we needed. The Dollhouse is spotless and Nick and Nick have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. It exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend!

The Dollhouse is great . Owner Nick even greater. We 2 couples stayed 2 nights. You will not find a better equipped VRBO rental. Nor will you find a nicer host. Location is perfect and quiet. We plan to return next year at about the same time.

Lovely, Peaceful Stay

The Doll House is a beautiful home. Nick and Nick thought of everything, from snacks to dog toys. I was really impressed by how immaculate the house was. The neighborhood is a quiet dead end street, which was awesome. If you’re traveling to the Waterford area, you will love the Doll House.

Can’t say enough nice things about this property. Everything was beautiful and clean and attention was paid to every detail. We had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will definitely be back!

Perfect quiet getaway!

My family and I were in town for the weekend to visit Mystic Aquarium and Seaport and The Dollhouse was absolutely perfect for all of our needs! Nick was very thoughtful, provided anything you may accidentally in the travel prep frenzy, neighborhood was quiet, relaxing and spacious and are already planning our next trip back! We didn't want to leave! Absolutely recommend!

This is the best you could ever stay at. The owner goes above and beyond for their guests and everything is just perfect. We stayed there twice so far and looking forward to many more because we have family we visit in the area. 5 stars isn’t enough. Definitely a place you want to stay at.

Newly Renovated Gem!

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, stayed at the Dollhouse over the Christmas holiday. The hosts Nick and Nick made sure the house was immaculately clean and ready prior to our arrival. The fully stocked kitchen of utensils and appliances with was very helpful with our holiday cooking. The hosts truly made it dog friendly, to include providing a a variety of items ranging from extra leashes to dog beds for use during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful during our stay, periodically checking in with us via text to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again for future visits to the area!

The Dollhouse was awesome!

We stayed at the Dollhouse over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful few days for many reasons... The house was exactly as it was presented online, but even better, as it was freshly updated throughout the house and felt practically new... including a fully stocked kitchen that we needed to help with the Thanksgiving festivities... Nick was an excellent host and was sweet on our dog Cody by providing treats, a dog bed, and a couch cover (less stress for us when we catch him on the couch that he shouldn't be on... lol ) With this location close to Mystic, we are already planning a return during the summer to see what the area has to offer. Very confident we'd have a great place to relax and enjoy with what the Dollhouse has to offer.

5+++!!!

We were immediately impressed by how spotlessly clean it was, and how many thoughtful touches the hosts provided. Beds and furniture were very comfy, the entire house is tastefully decorated in an eclectic fashion. Hosts are wonderful. Rent this one!!
