Perfect Lake House Getaway!

Welcome to this beautifully remodeled 2 BR, 1 BA lake house located on Tichigan Lake & the Fox River in Waterford, WI. The perfect weekend get-away! The house has a queen bed (BR1), a twin XL over queen bunk bed (BR2), and 2 pullout couches (LR and Nook) to easily sleep up to 9 guests. Enjoy Panoramic views of the lake with tons of windows and natural light. New deck and patio added in 2024!

30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee and/or Lake Geneva. A little over an hour from Chicago and/or Madison.

We are sorry to say that our pontoon will not be available to rent in the summer of 2026. However, there is a marina on the river that rents pontoons by the hour. They set their own price. Last year, prices ranged from $543 to $652 for 4 to 8 hour rentals.

We loved being able to fish off the deck everyday. The fenced yard is so nice for the dogs. This house made us want a lake house it was just so nice. Until then we hope to stay here again.

Clean cottage and great deck and firepit area looking out at the water. Very relaxing. Fenced in dog area was nice to let dog out for a quick pee. Plenty of room for 5-6 adults to sit in the family room and kitchen area for making breakfast. The deck area seats 8 for dinner and drinks. Room for lawn games by the fire pit too. This cottage uses well water, not a problem as there is filtered water at the sink. Just bring extra water if you prefer.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay before the busy school year started. Our only issue was the A/C was off when we arrived so the house was at 84 and took hours to cool down. We rented the pontoon and found some fun fishing spots on the river. Loved seeing the flowering lily pads and swans. Even took advantage of docking the boat and having dinner at one of the restaurants recommended.

Great home with a beautiful view! Great kitchen and comfy furniture in the living room area. The outdoor patio is lovely and the host was very responsive. Friendly neighbors. The only issue was the pontoon is very tricky to get onto the lift with a breeze out of the south. The dock prevents one accounting for the wind from angling into the lift. Friendly neighbor was also very helpful in docking the boat!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was perfect. Comfortably slept 4 people and being on the water was very nice. They had a perfect gated area for dogs and even the neighbors were friendly! This is a great place to stay!

A Very Enjoyable Time

Very comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed the lake views, grilling on the deck, evening fire pit chats and beautiful sunsets. Will definitely come again for another stay.

Great Lake get away

Had a wonderful time at this property. Clean, comfy and had everything you would need for your stay. Communication was great, even locked myself out and Ryan opened the door remotely within minutes. We will stay again.

Just what we were looking for

We stayed at this property to attend a wedding nearby. Other than some issues with using passcode to enter the property (which the host very quickly remedied), we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable in a relaxing setting.
