  • Updated efficiency, full kitchen, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, quiet country setting, lots of entertainment, 2 miles to interstate, 5 major ski resorts, 25 minutes from Burlington, 15 minutes from Stowe. Major bicycle off road trails & parks. Hiking to bolton valley, Hunger mt. summit, Pinnacle mt. & Camels hump to name a few. Hikes are within 15 minutes, The rental is a former in law apartment in our home. Separate entrance of course. The unit sleeps 3 , 1 Queen bed ,1 single, will accommodate 4 with a pull out with limited space. For a 4th. adult there is a $25.00 fee. Any questions never hesitate to ask.

Perfect mountain retreat just outside Waterbury

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy and comfortable studio tucked away in the mountains outside of Waterbury. Great location with easy access to both Waterbury Center and Stowe. A picturesque setting for a peaceful getaway. Our hosts were very kind and helpful and made sure that we were well settled and had all that we needed. A perfect spot for us!

Loved the space! Had everything needed (and more!) for a wonderful stay. The location is a short drive from wonderful restaurants and bars but is very quiet and peaceful. We actually saw a fox while driving to it. The coffee and pastries are an extra special touch!

Lovely stay in Vermont

This was the perfect home base for our fall adventures in Vermont. It’s a great location close to Route 100 and had everything we needed for a month long stay while we worked remotely. The hosts Bruce & Sandy were very welcoming, kind and happy to share local tips.

We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and cozy, bed comfortable, shower hot, and Sandi left homemade chocolate chip cookies and brownies for us on our arrival. Bruce and Sandi were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking with them and discovering our common New England roots!

Very Relaxing

Very quiet and peaceful setting away from everyone and everything, and yet so close to all the major routes. Bruce & Sandy made sure we were supplied with coffee, and Sandy even made us a loaf of Zucchini Bread to complete the "homey" feel. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for that home away from home experienc.

We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back. Owner’s received us well and were very responsive. The property is so cute, clean and extremely cozy. It’s close to Burlington and Stowe. Waterbury also has things to do like downtown is nice, farms and maple products, plus the Ben & Jerry’s factory tour. We loved everything about our stay. Great place to recharge, rest, enjoy the quiet and also many options of things around.

Great spot!

I came up to Waterbury for a weekend of skiing at Stowe with my teenage daughter. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and convenient to the mountain (~ 30 minute drive). Bruce met us upon arrival with freshly baked lemon bread from his wife. I highly recommend this property!

Cozy stay for our time in Vermont

Our favorite stay of our New England trip! Bruce warmly greeted us at check-in and shared information about the apartment and the surrounding area. He also had two pieces of some of the most delicious chocolate zucchini cake waiting for us! What a treat after a long drive. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was so cozy and had everything we needed to make it feel like home for our short time in Vermont. The attention to detail and all the thoughtful touches were above and beyond!
