"This is our first time staying at the Queen Victoria and we loved it .it was very clean and the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Monica . There was a big selection for breakfast .and afternoon tea We enjoyed sitting in the little garden when we ate breakfast and the afternoon tea . It is ao close to the beach and Washington Street . Parking is a bit of a challenge but we managed to find a good parking spot . We walked all over . We will definitely be going back . "

"A little walk to Washington Street, but the shuttle was such a great help. Not only is it across the street from the beach, but they have complimentary chair and and umbrella service! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was truly a great experience and I would definitely return. "

"The buildings were beautiful, the beds were so comfy, the jacuzzi tub in the room was unbelievable and delicious breakfast was the cherry on top!! Thank you to Chris who made the whole trip with his kind demeanor and history about the mansion."

"STUNNING property. They're planning on finishing their upgrades and even with an older wing stay it was a truly beautiful stay. Only con was the wifi was not ideal. It was spotty and sometimes outright not working. Other than that grounds, staff, restaurant were TOP TIER "

"The staff at this hotel particularly Sammy at the pool is amazing. He watches over the pool area as if it were his own cherished home- keeping it clean, rushing to exchange towels, etc. The rooms in the hotel are not fancy but very clean . We had a suite with a balcony and the balcony was big enough to sit outside. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was close enough for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go (in fact we parked our car and didn't move it once the whole trip!), yet off the main strip of Beach Avenue so that it was peaceful and quiet. All staff we encountered were extremely sweet and helpful, the rooms were brand new looking and spotless, the bed and pillows were a dream, and the bathroom was gorgeous. "Very comfortable stay overall and great amenities. We loved that the beach passes included lounge chairs and an umbrella. We also enjoyed sitting at the rockers at the front of the building to overlook the ocean, watch the sunset and feel the nice breeze. King room was updated and spacious. Only minor complaints - outlets not available on both nightstands for charging, no great options for hanging bath towels within the room, and reading lights didn’t work. Also, initially confusing to locate...

"my husband and I planned a weekend getaway for our anniversary. I was nervous about booking because you just never know. We loved it! Communication by text was great. very easy!. Location, cottage all was great. I loved the pool! Two small things i would have liked - an extra door lock to lock door from the inside would be great. I like the key pad.
