"I love this hotel and I usually stay here because it’s close to my family when I come into town unfortunately when we checked in the pool was open, which is one of the main reasons why I stay there and the day that I went to take my grandkids swimming, the pool was closed when I talked to the staff they just said yeah it’s closed no explanation no nothing"

"When i first walked in the stench if the room was horrible, I checked the filter on the ac/heat unit it was caked withfilth . I quickly washed it. Stains on curtains. Doors scratched up. This use to be one of my favorite plaves to stay ,its sad to say we won't stay here the next time we're in town."

"Staff was very cordial and professional. Sufficient hotel parking. Hotel was quiet especially during the night. Breakfast was adequate. I have 2 complaints: 1. external entrance doors on either end of the hotel appeared to never be locked. Fitness room and laundry room doors were not locked l room doors were not locked. Did not need to use my key for any of these areas so seemed unsafe to me.
2. blackout curtains on room window did not fit correctly, allowing light to come into the room...

"Room was fairly clean. Comfortable bed. Hall carpet in poor repair. I told the front staff that the hair dryer did not work and smelled hot when turned on. I suggested that it be replaced. When returned to the room it had been cleaned but the dryer had not been replaced. Breakfast was basic. Remote controlled air conditioning that worked well but fairly noisy. "
