Frene Valley Guest House

  • Adorable, stylish, perfectly located, brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house in downtown Hermann, MO. Located on E 4th Street, you can walk to all of downtown Hermann's bars and restaraunts and wineries or have the Hermann Trolley pick you up at the house and take you everywhere. It will even drop you off at the house when you are done exploring for the day.
    This brand new house is perfectly decorated to be your home away from home. There are 3 king sized beds and 1 queen bed upstairs. One of the King bedrooms and the queen bedroom has an en suite full bath, another has an en suite half bath, and there is also a full hallway bathroom. All have comfy memory foam mattresses. There is also a sleeper sofa and half bath on the main level. The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, and utensils you would need to prepare a basic meal along with a coffee bar. Enjoy an evening glass of wine on the deck or watch a movie on the 65 in HD TV.
    Enjoy the following with your stay:
    --Coffee, creamer, sweetener at the coffee bar
    --All linens provided
    --Travel size soap and shampoo/conditioner
    --DVD Player
    --Smart TV for you to login to your favorite streaming service (no cable)
    --Charcoal Outside Grill
    Base rates are for up to 8 people (2 in each bedroom). There is a $25 per person per night fee for more than 8 people. There is a max of 10 people at the house. Base rates do not include cleaning and sales tax.

Wonderful property! Quick communication from the host. Walking distance to shops as well as the trolley will come get you from the house. Love the covered patio as well as the parking behind the house. Will definitely stay here again! Everything was easy and relaxing!

We did have questions for our host, and she was so great about answering right away! We six are all seniors so some of our questions were about locking the door, the TV - technology! All was really great! We loved having a bedroom and bathroom for each couple! Very pretty house - loved the outdoor patio, parking, big TV, and more! Fun visit to Hermann, MO!

The place was very nice! Everything looked just like the pictures. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted! Loved the back porch too it was nice to be able to enjoy the evening outside.

Location was perfect. Easy access to shuttle and dowtown locatons. Had to call regarding a small issue with a toilet and response was very quick.

Great Stay In Hermann!

The house is super cute and exactly as listed. It is SO convenient to downtown Hermann shopping and restaurants. Loved having off street parking for our group. Would definitely recommend for a weekend girls trip!

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our family girls trip! Very clean, located within walking distance of the train station and the downtown shops and restaurants, and plenty of space and bedrooms/bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Hermann.

Girls weekend

Hermann was a great central location for us to meet up. This was our second year and we had just as much fun this time. The town is great with so much to do. Loved the house, great layout, everything you need!
