The Space:
Located on the second floor and delighted with everything you need for a relaxing stay for two, the Royal Suite is bright with large south-facing windows and a queen-sized sleeping nook turned cozy alcove. Watch cable or login to your favorite streaming service on the 40" flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with cooking basics, refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop, and Nespresso coffee maker. Hair dryer and handheld steamer included in each suite and laundry facilities in the building are available to all guests.

Street Parking is either free with 2 or 3-hr limits or metered payable by street kiosk or the ParkMobile app (Zone 44515). Check sign for time restrictions. All street parking is free overnight starting at 9pm, all day Sunday and state holidays. Parking directly in front of the Inn is metered, free from 9pm to 8am.

Two garages are within one block from the Inn:
- Courthouse Square Garage, 111 S Pitt St, $2.50/hr ($10 daily max, $5 evening/weekend max)
- The Alexandrian, 104 S Pitt St, $16 flat rate, overnight parking available (add'l cost may apply)
