  • ¡Bienvenido a Southern Delight!  Esta hermosa san George, Utah Casa de vacaciones se encuentra en la comunidad de Coral Ridge, cerca de Zion y St. George, Utah.  

    Southern Delight se encuentra a unos 5 minutos del parque estatal Sand Hollow ya solo 37 km del parque nacional Zion.  Esta hermosa propiedad es la perfecta St. George, Utah Casa de vacaciones.  Recientemente remodelado con una decoración única y elegante y una entrada privada.  Disfrute del acceso a dos piscinas comunitarias climatizadas y jacuzzis, putting green, casa club y gimnasio.  También hay un estanque de pesca ubicado en la calle de la comunidad.   

    La Master Suite está ubicada en el nivel principal y cuenta con una cama king size, mesillas de noche, lámparas, tocador, reproductor de DVD y televisor de pantalla plana. El baño de la suite king cuenta con una ducha a ras de suelo.  También tiene dos albornoces.  El segundo dormitorio se encuentra en el piso superior con una cama tamaño queen, una cómoda, un colchón hinchable y un televisor de pantalla plana de 44 pulgadas. El tercer dormitorio también se encuentra en el piso superior y cuenta con dos gemelos y un televisor de pantalla plana de 44 pulgadas.  Viene completo con ropa de cama y baño de lujo. La casa también cuenta con un sofá cama Queen en el área de loft de arriba, un colchón de aire queen y un juego de pack n.  También cuenta con un baño de tamaño completo con una combinación de ducha de bañera.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las necesidades del hogar. ���Perfecto para entretener a amigos y familiares.  La sala de estar tiene un gran sofá seccional, chimenea, mesa de juego, TV de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas, colección de DVD y reproductor de DVD. El comedor tiene capacidad para 7 personas en la mesa con tres personas adicionales en el bar. También hay un patio fuera de la zona de comedor con una barbacoa, asientos al aire libre, sombrilla solar y mesa para 4. En la planta superior, disfrutará de la segunda sala de estar que cuenta con un sofá cama Queen, un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas, mesa de café, Xbox 360, controladores, juegos, juguetes, libros, tiendas de campaña para niños y sillas de campamento, mantas adicionales.

    Esta casa de vacaciones también cuenta con Wi-Fi gratis y televisión por cable, toallas de piscina, un montón de mantas suaves, juguetes y libros para niños, pack-n-play, trona, secador de cabello en cada baño, plancha, tabla de planchar y una lavadora y secadora. por su conveniencia. La casa está equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias para que su estadía sea cómoda y agradable.

    Los huéspedes del Southern Delight también reciben descuentos de golf en el campo de golf de Coral Ridge.

Everything was Fantastic!

House was very clean, kitchen was stocked with every appliance and seasonings we needed and so much more. It was a great stay and we’ll be back.

Thank you for a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the house. Cooked often using the kitchen and grill outside. Washer/dryer was key. Thanks.

Nice, but excessive rules

Very nice home, we enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was the excessive amount of rules posted throughout the entire home. It just felt a bit uncomfortable having signs in almost evety room warning if you do this ir that you will be charged × amount of money. I get wanting to keep the home nice but it was just a little over the top

Nice Townhouse and neighborhood

The Townhouse was beautiful, close to the pool and reasonably priced. Only a few miles from downtown St George. Perfect extend weekend

Great Utah home base!

We had a great stay at this condo for our trip with friends to the National Parks. The condo was well stocked and clean, great neighborhood and location. Only thing I think the cleaning crew skimped on was not leaving paper towel or kitchen sponge. Overall would definitely stay again!!

Great Place

We had a wonderful time in St George and loved this property. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. It was also perfectly located between St George and Hurricane. The only thing that really needs to be improved is the wifi. Wifi worked intermittently and coverage was not great.

Great place

Condo was outstanding. It was one of the cleanest we have rented. The pictures are very accurate. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. One note, some of the descriptions of the unit say there are two queen beds in one of the bedrooms, but they are actually twins. The pools are very nice and the area is a great central location to see it all!

Great location for outdoor adventures

We stayed here with our friends and our kids and loved it! We were close to a lot of hikes, parks, and lakes (Quail Creek, Sand Hollow) as well as good restaurants in Washington City and St. George. The house had all the amenities we needed, including a high chair and the beds were amazingly comfortable! We even looked to see what brand the mattresses were because we want one. The pools at the clubhouse were fun and great for all ages (both pools have shallow areas for kids awhile one of them doesn’t go deeper than 5 ft and the other goes down to 7 ft.) and two hot tubs as well! When we weren’t at the pool or out adventuring the kids loved all the board games and the Xbox. We’d love to stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!

House was very clean and plenty of space for big family. Beds were very comfortable and everything was great! Would recommend and would love to come back and stay again.

We had a great time.

All was well with the Condo, but there was a small issue with the size of the beds in the second upstairs bedroom. They appeared to be twins instead of queens. The Condo was also very clean and well maintained, but there was an issue with the common areas. The Gym was closed and that is understandable due to the current pandemic, but the one of the pools and the spa were closed during our stay because apparently someone relieved themselves in the pool. That left the other pool overcrowded. This obviously was not Brandy Perry’s or anyones fault other than what I can only assume was bad parenting. My overall rating would have been higher, but it wasn’t something I could just overlook. Thank you for having us, and we will be back.

We had a family of 5 and had plenty of room! Probably could have slept a few more folks. It’s was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Would totally stay here again!

Great Condo!

Great Condo for our St George stay! Very clean and well stocked. X-box, games, and dvds were an added bonus. The pool was fun and well maintained. The only thing that could have been better is the comfort of the beds. My family found them too hard for our preference.
