Accommodations include a private hot tub, a fully-equipped eat-in gourmet kitchen with oversized windows, an open dining room, and a living room (perfect open floor plan). Settle in to brand new, designer furnishings, including the most peaceful sleep on top-rated beds. Set the mood with the indoor fireplace. In the master suite, rest and relax in a king bed, enjoy some TV time, or rejuvenate in the en-suite master bathroom with an oversized soaker tub and spa shower. My family loved this home. Plenty of space, and room for the whole family. And pet friendly, made it complete with our fur child! The community pool is well maintained, relaxing, and fun for the kids! Absolutely loved our stay, and would enjoy staying again.

Very comfortable & beautiful place!

This property was lovely. We went to visit the Grand Canyon, but didn't realize that the northern rim closes in the winter. After driving (three days in tge vehicle), we decided not to take the ...full day trip around to see it. That was a bit of a bummer, but we enjoyed relaxing, cooking and enjoying the beautifully decorated home. A nice home away from home for a couple weeks without the snow!

Thanksgiving trip

We loved staying here and how easy it was to locate the property. We loved the space and the views of the place as well. It has everything we needed and for the most part was very clean and comfortable. The grill was dirty from a previous user, so we didn’t end up using it, but everything inside the house was for the most part clean. Thank you for a wonderful vacation trip and we will definitely come back!

Lovely property

Great layout, great neighborhood, very well kept. VRBO listing says it sleeps 12, but signage in the house said max occupancy of the building was 10. I'm OCD, so take this with that in mind. Some of the kitchen items (srock pot, kitchenade, et .) Needed washing before use. Tile in showers had a light amount of pinkish buildup. Carpeting felt "crunchy" on bare feet, towels super stiff, bathroom handsoap containers were worn out and soap was watered down so it didn't foam or wash well. Alternately, bedding was clean and plenty of extra was provided. Normal dishes were clan and nice. Air vents abs baseboards clean.

Easy Access to Parks and St. George

This townhome is in a great location, just 35 minutes from Springdale (Zion) and only 10 minutes from Washington and St. George. The townhome itself has a nice layout but needs some deep cleaning. I'm rather OCD when it comes to clearing, so take the next part for what it's worth. There was hair in the bathroom drawers, the extra master bedroom blankets are stained, and the couch has stains and hair (pet and human) in it as others have mentioned, and my husband found food on the floor in the living room. The non-stick pans are chipped, but the stainless ones are good. There was no info for the garage door code, so we always went in and out the front door. There is plenty of shelf space in the pantry for food which was great and there are lots of extra towels. Overall our stay was fine, but we've stayed at places that are cleaner with furnishings that are in better condition.

Perfect for relaxing short stay

This was the perfect spot for a short visit with family; an oasis from the heat. Property manager was helpful and flexible. Grandchildren loved the saltwater pools.

Great place overall

Overall we enjoyed staying at this property. The location is great as well as the amenities. Knowing this is a pet friendly place we do recommend using a better vacuum on furniture and floors since we got a lot of dog hair on our belongings. The Wi-Fi also needs help. We would stay here again though.

Everything as shown on listing. Excellent property. Only hiccup was check in as code hadn't been reset, but they answered first phone call and addressed immediately. Definitely would come back with additional family members or friends.

Snow Canyon & Zion Vacation

We came to spectate Ironman and visit Snow Canyon & Zion, this house was the perfect location and loved the spaciousness of the house. It was a very short and direct drive to St. George (the bike course even went right by the property park) and only a 40 min drive to Zion. We came with our dog that loves water and were pleasantly surprised to have Quail Creek State Park just 5 miles away, and Sand Hallow Reservoir about 10 miles away, both with dog friendly beaches. The kids also really loved the pool.

Wonderful Washington Rental

This rental exceeded my expectations, and it truly became a home away from home during my family's stay in southern Utah. Clean, modern, and spacious, the place included lots of amenities (e.g., a blender for morning smoothies), and was conveniently located near relatives in Hurricane, the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City, St. George restaurants, and Kolob Canyons. We loved that it was pet-friendly (dog beds were included!) and would definitely stay here again. Small con: the can opener didn't work (we found this out while trying to make dinner one night), but other than that, the rental was fabulous.
