Oasis on The Green is a perfect one-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse in Southern Utah. The property is fully stocked with all the essentials from the kitchen to the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home but better! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. It is located on Tee-box number 5 of the Coral Canyon Golf Course making it perfect for your next golfers’ retreat! Backed up to the course, this perfectly located end unit offers amazing views as well as privacy. A secure, secluded location but still centrally located to all of Southern Utah`s hot spots including the new Zion Utah Jellystone Waterpark. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Great

Our visit to this WashingtonVRBO was great. The town house is one story and open which was nice for our granddaughter with CP. Kitchen and washer and dryer were used extensively! This rental was for a family from Eastern NM and parents from NE MT. We loved the heated pools and hot tubs at the recreation center. The city pond was an extra fun place for the 8 year old. The location is perfect. 15 minutes from Children’s Museum/ carousel, Redhill park/Botanical gardens, Thunder Junction dino park, the Dinosaur Site museum , grocery stores and Hurricane where were had family staying. We also were close to Zion and Sliver Reef mining town.Natasha communicated well with me on check-in and check-out process. She also acknowledged anything we needed or observed needed checking on. We enjoyed our stay in Utah. Thank you

Fantastic!

Our family stays down in St. George every year. We enjoy mountain biking, swimming, and hiking. This rental was in the perfect location with easy access to bike trails, swimming and hiking. It’s in a beautiful location on the golf course. Check in and check out were easy and the host responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great! It is very large and really clean. It is located in a very quiet location with nice views. The condo is equipped with everything you would want. We are going back next winter!

St George escape

Location and configuration of unit were excellent. Views (and sunsets) were magnificent. The unit was well stocked, I mean WELL stocked with soft goods, kitchen hardware, spices, etc. The management group was exceedingly responsive and very easy to deal with. Upon arrival several issues came up which were resolved before we finished unpacking. Weather withstanding, the stay was very enjoyable.

This property is exactly as shown. We totally enjoyed our time at this house. Clean, well supplied, timely replies from Natasha to our few questions, stunning views, safe neighborhood and great pools. Not to mention the breath taking beauty of southern Utah!

Located in a great neighborhood with great views and very private! The description of the facility was very accurate. The house and outside is well kept and maintained! The check-in and check-out procedures were clear and concise!

Excellent Host and Property

It was our family of four (children ages 11 & 13) and my mother-in-law. There property suited all of our needs. We have stayed at many properties over that past ten years, this was at the top of the list. The location was great and it was well stocked for all of our needs. There were even fishing poles! We liked the property and location so much that we started talking about moving to Utah and living on a golf course! Thank you, Natasha, for answering all of my questions.

Great vacation!

We had a great time and the condo and location was wonderful! The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. Natasha and Jason were great and easy to reach with the few hiccups we ran in to. Unfortunately the code was not correct for the door when we got there but I called Natasha and she gave me a correct code and offered to come change it immediately. The washer was broken and they had someone out to fix it the next day. There was a grill in the ad and unfortunately there was not one when we got there so Jason brought one over immediately. Those things can just happen and we understood especially since they were corrected ASAP. The condo was great to stay in and was probably one of my favorite VRBOs I have ever stayed in. We are planning on coming back next year and hope to stay here again!
