New home in Sienna Hills subdivision. Can sleep 20! Neighborhood pool just finished! Game room up stairs with ping pong table and pool table. New putting green in the backyard. Backs right up to Sienna Hills park that includes large soccer field, playground, splash pad, b ball court and picnic table. Brand new beds and all furniture. Two king, four queens, two triple stack bunk beds, and 1 couch beds. House has large table that can seat 12, 4 at the bar and a folding table to seat 6 more. Conveniently located 10 min from quail creek reservoir, Sand Hollow, Washington rec center, several incredible golf courses, Walmart, and restaurants.

Pros & Cons. Size of house was excellent and it was super clean. Fun arcade games for the kids and they loved the putting green in the back. Parts of the house are run down (paint in high traffic areas, carpet has holes, all the pool cues are broken) but our stay was comfortable and check in was super easy.

Our recent weekend at this house was absolutely perfect for our large group! We were in town for a softball tournament, and accommodating 21 guests across five families can be a real challenge, but this home handled it effortlessly. Each family enjoyed their own dedicated rooms and private restrooms, which was a huge convenience and made our stay incredibly comfortable.A massive bonus was the inclusion of two washers and two dryers. This was an absolute game-changer for a group of athletes, allowing us to easily keep up with laundry throughout the weekend!The game room was a fantastic addition, providing endless fun and relaxation for everyone after our games. Beyond the great amenities, the host was truly excellent and highly communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed from start to finish.The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat, and the house itself was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a smooth group vacation.The only small suggestion we have for future guests, especially those planning to cook for large groups, is to bring large pots as the pots we had available were limited. Overall, this house far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for any large group looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-managed rental!

We rent with VRBO for all of our family trips. This home was by far the best we have stayed in. The location was great, the home was very clean, comfy beds, equipped with everything we needed for family meals, and they thought of everything. There were beach towels, life vests, folding chairs and tons of extra towels!Fabulous home for a large family gathering.We rented it for our daughters graduation from Utah Tech.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area

The house was very clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade games. The game room was fun for all. We enjoyed going to the lake and using the kayaks. The swimming pool was walking distance and very fun for the kids as well. It was too hot to go hiking, but it’s close to many hiking places. The seven bedrooms was perfect for our size family.

Golf Trip Rental

We rented this house for a golf trip for 8 guys in April 2024. The house was perfectly appointed and had plenty of space for our group. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were more than enough kitchen amenities for the entire group. The house was centrally located, which came in handy for getting to and from our courses. Additionally, there are plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. More than anything, communication with the owner was outstanding. John was always willing to accommodate our special requests and it was very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again for a ideal vacation.

Family get together

The house was well stocked with enough and then some for our family to enjoy. The pool while a little chilly, understandable at this time of year was great for the kids to enjoy. We did not get to enjoy the park on this trip but it was close by and looked great. It was centrally located for some nice hikes, shopping, and the center of town.
