Upon entering the home, you'll step into the foyer area, with the peaceful and cozy living room space to your left, the kitchen to your front, 3 bedrooms to your right and additional bedrooms downstairs. The living room features a smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV. It’s a split-level home so the living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the upper main floor, along with 3 of the bedrooms. The beautiful dining area is perfectly situated between the kitchen and living room area, an inviting space for your entire group to engage in intriguing conversations, gather, dine-in and wine-down. Behind the dining space is the exit to the fully fenced backyard area.

With Harris Teeter only 5 minutes from your home and a kitchen that is fully-stocked, you have access to everything you'll need to make and enjoy wonderful meals at home, avoiding all the inconveniences of a hotel: no kitchen, tiny fridge, eating out for every meal and many more.

The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the lower level of the house where you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds, and a full bathroom. The main bedroom downstairs is spacious and sleeps two very comfortably in a king-size bed. It has a separate seating area with space for relaxing and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair; excellent for Zoom calls or simply a quiet space to get work done. The second bedroom features a King bed as well. In this lower space is where you’ll also find the complimentary washer and dryer.

Other things to note
1. I use smart technology in my home: smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more. Home is equipped with a smart lock. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application. There is no physical key access or keypad access. Home must be accessed via the August mobile app.

2. Health and safety remains my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.

3. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.

5. This is a split-level home so one must climb stairs to the reach the upper and lower levels.

6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see house rules.

7. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay :)

Pets allowed - To ensure the proper care and maintenance of our property, we charge a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per stay. Additionally, a refundable pet deposit of $500 is required, ($1000 for more than 2 pets) which will be fully refunded within 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed.
