Enjoy a sophisticated experience at this centrally located upscale loft apartment. Just renovated, this gorgeous 2nd floor condo has two outdoor patios as well as free on-premises parking. Every room has large windows providing and abundance of natural light. Located just two blocks from the Missouri River in the downtown historic district, you will find it is in the perfect location for walking to riverfront trails or strolling the downtown street in search of shopping and dining.

Upstairs apartment. The stairs are a bit steep and could be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

The location was great, so close to the river and downtown. The entire apartment was spotless! They had more than enough towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The stairs going up are a little steep if you struggle with that, but we knew there was stairs so it was not an issue and the steps are all inclosed so that was helpful when unloading in the rain! The balconies were great, it was a little chilly but they would be wornderful in better weather (a gas firepit would be perfect!).

The Judge's Quarters is ideally located within walking distance of everywhere in downtown Washington, MO. The place was clean and immaculate. I would have no problem recommending it to family and friends!With that said, it fell short on a couple/few of issues. The "measuring stick" I use for this exercise is what a hotel of the same nightly rate/cost would provide / be equipped with.* the bedroom shades are not room darkening so the room gets very light as soon as the sun comes up.* Coffee & tea supplies were extremely meager.* there wasn't a box of tissue/kleenex to be found.It's a great, clean place, but for the price falls short on a few creature comforts.

Great location easy walk to the riverfront park and the pubs and restaurants along front street.The property is beautifully landscaped and the second floor apartment is totally modern with a fully equipped kitchen an office area and a nice tv/living room to entertain a few friends.What was really enjoyable were the two outdoor decks or patios on the second floor where we could see the town from above. The weather was perfect which made our stay extra nice.We arrived a couple of hours before the 4 pm check-in time but our gracious host accompdated us which we greatly appreciated.

Stayed here to visit family during the Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect place. The place was clean and nicely updated. This place is huge, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Easy walk to downtown to grab a bite to eat. We will have to come back and stay in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the 2 patios. Very nice stay!!

Overall, our stay was nice. However, the property owner did not give us the full address (house number + street name). Took us like 1/2 hour to find it. No exterior photos to help and they did not give us a phone number if there were any issues, just texting.

Thoroughly enjoyed the rental. Super clean, nice decor, nicely equipped with kitchen houseware items and close proximity to the downtown area. First time visit Washington MO and it was perfect for a weekend girls trip. Such a quaint downtown area with great shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately it was too hot for us to walk to the downtown area or use the outdoor patios at the rental since they were uncovered. Please note this rental is on the 2nd floor with narrow steps to access. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror and additional mirrors in the bedrooms to help us ladies get ready quicker.

Loved the apartment!!

We loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is in a good location so we were able to walk to shops, dining, restaurants and the river walk. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.
