Great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with attached garage close to everything!

Perfect location! 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with attached garage and no need to look for parking! Nice newer everything! There are 2 comfortable queen size beds and 2 twin beds, washer and dryer, iron, microwave, hair dryer, dishwasher, oven, stocked kitchen with waffle iron, coffee maker, Keurig and mixer. There is laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and shampoo and conditioner.
There is also a queen blow up mattress available. Table seats 6 plus 2 bar stools. There is cable TV with lots of channels and wifi. You will absolutely love this location and place. Close to Pentagon, NGB, DCA airport, Shirlington, Crystal City and Washington, DC. Pentagon City Metro is 2 miles away. DCA airport is 3 miles away. NEW (2025) top floor portable A/C unit for those 100 plus degree days!

In regards to the garage and reviews. The garage does not fit an Escalade, Tahoe or any like large SUV. It will fit a jeep cherokee and Lexus RX, and like SUV or car just fine. Please be aware that your vehicle must either fit in the garage or park on the street. Please no parking in front of the garage it is not allowed due to blocking neighbors garages. (Thank you) :)

We spent a Thanksgiving weekend together with adult children. Double oven was great for cooking large meal. We brought along some pots and pans we thought we’d need, but there is a fair supply of cookware and cooking tools in the kitchen. Sparkling clean townhouse. Easy checkin and checkout. It’s a multi-floor townhouse with lots of stairs from garage to master bedroom 3 floors above. Jogging trail along 4 mile run is nearby. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving in your townhouse, thanks !

DC Adventure

Met up with daughter and grandson from NC and daughter and son in law from PA to see monuments and museums. This home was close to several metro stations making travel to and from sights easy. We were able to fit both a Chevy equinox and ford fusion in the garage.

Family trip to DC

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent built in fitness center with the stair cases,lol. Would recommend. There is a garage but my F-150 with 5.5ft bed did not fit so i had to park on the street but that is no reflection on the house or host.

Great place to stay, Tara was very responsive. Very cheap and easy Ubers to DC and surrounding areas. Garage was nice to have. It only fits one car, but street parking was available.

Perfect spot right outside DC

The property was in a great neighborhood, we felt safe. Parking in the garage is snug, we had to angle our minivan in the garage and had inches to close the door. We could have parked on a nearby street and felt our vehicle was safe though. The place was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. There are several stairs, so beware if you have difficulty climbing stairs. We ended up driving to parking garages in DC with ease. Plan 15-25 minutes drive over to DC depending on time of day. Very easy to get to and from though. Would recommend 100% to stay here, and would 100% stay again.

Great place

Great place to stay in order to access DC easily. Just minutes away from a metro train access point. It's three levels to the master bedroom so strengthen your legs before you go because there are a lot of steps. However, once you get there the master bathroom is nice. The kitchen and all the bathrooms must have been remodeled recently because they were all beautiful.

Beautiful home, excellent location

This beautiful home was perfect for our Girls Weekend. So convenient for Signature Theatre, where we saw a wonderful show, and for sightseeing in DC. We loved the coziness and homey feel, the decor was fabulous.

Our stay was ok

This is a well taken care of home and nicely decorated. It does have a lot of stairs, three narrow staircases. One from the garage to the main floor, one from main floor to second floor, then one from second floor to a third floor. The master bedroom is on the third floor. Unfortunately, our stay was during extreme high temperatures, in the 90s, making the 3rd bedroom way too hot to use, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa on the main floor. The house is on a very busy street, so there is a lot of traffic noise.

Some good, some bad……enjoyable stay

Overall this was a nice property. Several things were not guest ready. The upstairs bed was not made, there was a request to put trash out, but there wasn’t another bag to replace it (property manager took care of the situation). There wasn’t any extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. There was caramel popcorn under the dishwasher, and the filter for the upstairs air conditioner had to be cleaned in order to try and cool the third floor bedroom. Aside from those things, the property is well maintained, the location was easily accessible for our trips to D.C..

DC family visit

The townhouse we rented was exactly as advertised. It was immaculate and comfortable. Its location was convenient to the tourist attractions we visited while we were there, and just a few minutes drive to my relatives who live in Falls Church. Our group included four adults and two children, and the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms were just right for us. Thank you, Tara, for your prompt response to all our inquiries.

Great Choice for DC Trip

We had a wonderful stay here with our family while seeing the sights in DC. The townhouse was cozy and clean and it felt very nice to come back to a "little home away from home" after a long day out. The two car garage was a big bonus. It took a bit of stress out knowing that we always had a place to park waiting for us when we got home, and didn't have to worry about finding street parking. We came in two cars: one of them just barely fit lengthwise, so keep in mind that a longer sedan may have trouble. There are also three sets of stairs if you want to go from the bottom of the townhouse to the very top, so make sure you are prepared for that. We actually appreciated the separation in floors because it allowed us all to relax at the end of the day, each in our own way (some of us like to socialize at night, while others need to decompress in a quiet room.) The location can't be beat. It's right off the main highway that takes you right into DC, and there are several grocery stores within a few blocks. Two of the bedrooms face the back of the unit, which is very quiet, but one of the rooms faces front where there is a busier road, so bring a noise machine or fan if you are a light sleeper (we always travel with one as a matter of course for this reason!) We drove into the city each day and used the Spot Hero app to find parking garages nearby. All in all a great choice for a place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay for DC

The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very nice for a long weekend in DC. It does have a lot of stairs. Would not recommend for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. For those who plan to use the metro there was not a metro station within walking distance.

Best Family Friendly Home

This is the perfect location to stay when visiting DC. The location was the first exit when leaving the city and right off the freeway. We drove in each day to the city and parked at the Reagan Center. Had groceries delivered from Walmart the night we arrived. The house had everything we needed. Pots and pans to cook, space to relax after a busy day and comfortable beds. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Very clean and close to everything! The garage barely fit our Chrysler Pacifica van. So nice to not have to find a place to park!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for family DC trip

Great launching pad for visiting DC with family. Like other reviewers said, we could fit our minivan in the garage by parking at an angle. We used spot hero to find parking downtown. Immaculately clean and well-stocked!

Beautiful home

Everything was great. There are lots of stairs so just be aware if anyone has difficulty with stairs. Also no TV’s in bedrooms. But for our needs, it was just fine. The home is very well maintained and everything we needed was provided
