Summary:

This ultimate vacation rental is perfect for family vacations, golf retreats, and family reunions. The laundry room is ideal for drying towels after a fun day at the pool. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have an open layout perfect for hosting the entire group. If you want to open the home to the backyard paradise, accordion-style doors open the whole living room to the pool area. The backyard has great views of the golf course.



The Space:

On the main floor, discover the master bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. The second level offers a choice of master bedrooms with Queens and Kings, each with its private bathroom. Additionally, there are two bunk bedrooms, one with 2 twins and 2 queens, and another with 4 queens and 2 twins. The open loft on the second level is perfect for family games, movie nights on the 70-inch TV, and foosball. For breathtaking views and relaxation, the third-level observation deck boasts 360-degree unobstructed views of the golf course, pool, and mountain ranges. Enjoy the custom fire pit and outdoor furniture for a serene experience.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, including the main floor, second level with bedrooms and loft, and the third-level observation deck. The backyard features a pool area with accordion-style doors connecting to the living room, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in Coral Canyon, this rental offers proximity to Downtown St. George (10 minutes away) and a variety of dining options, from fast food to diverse sit-down restaurants like Mongolian BBQ, Pizza Factory, and Benja’s Thai Garden. Enjoy the convenience of a golf course view and the tranquility of the neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Located near I-15, travel east on Highway 9, and exit onto Coral Canyon Boulevard. The rental is easily accessible, with two-car garage, driveway, and curbside parking available. Trailers can be parked in the driveway or curbside.

Paradise in Utah!

My family and I decided to plan a Christmas vacation. We selected this property based on the details, pictures and space accommodations. The property did not disappoint. Prior to our arrival the host responded to my various questions timely and provided all check in details. When we arrived we were able to check in with no issues. We were amazed to see the property in person was just like the pics. The property was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, etc. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stayWe will definitely visit again in the future.

Beautiful Accomodations

This house was perfect for the 17 people we had. We had a golf trip of 16 golfers and we brought along a chef as our 17th. This house had a bed for everyone and they were all very comfortable. The bunk beds are built in so you feel like you’re in a normal bed by yourself. The host was very friendly and informative. I will be back.

Golf trip

This property was perfect for our annual guys golf trip. It had plenty of rooms, bathrooms and outdoor area. This house would be amazing for a family reunion, friends reunion or any type of get together. We had a couple of hiccups, but they were addressed and taken care of. It is located in a perfect spot with all stores available including a Costco. We would definitely rent it again.

Paradise

We take a yearly vacation with all of our children and their families and sometimes it is hard to find a space to accommodate all of us, but this house was perfect. The pool was perfect for all of the kids. Just outside of St. George but close if we wanted to find anything to do.

Not worth it.

The nightly rental value of this house was not worth it. We couldn’t get into the home with 3 different codes they gave us. The pool and hot tub were not heated. There were no hand towels or wash clothes in the kitchen area. There were no pool towels. Most of the extra bedroom linings were missing and the ones that did have extras pillow were missing cases. The restroom were poorly stocked for such a large house…. Not enough bath towels and toilet paper. The dishes were gross, stained and mismatched. Also not cups or dishes for kids. The dishwasher was absolutely disgusting. Not only did it stink, it was rusty and filthy inside. This home is NOT child friendly At all. Overall the spaciousness of the house was great. But the overall accommodations and experience of such a large home was very poor and unsatisfactory. With everything this home lacked and the problems we ran into… The price we paid to stay here was not worth it.

Beautiful house but you'll have to pack a lot

The house is beautiful and the layout is amazing - so many people can fit so comfortably! Bring dishtowels, because they only provide one. Also bring laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. Don't forget to bring pool towels as well. We had to clean up a lot of garbage off the roof as well as throw away several pool noodles that were completely shredded. It feels like this should have been the property manager's responsibility. But, when we couldn't find the pack-n-play it only took one phone call and someone brought us one. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. In fact, this is my second time renting this house!

Beautiful Home with LOTS of space!

The property was beautifully decorated and spacious, and easily fit 19 family members. The small pool in the back was perfect to cool down in, and the rooftop view was great. I would love to come back and stay again.

40th birthday weekend

We stayed for my husbands 40th birthday with 13 of our friends, the home was beautiful! Love the openness, plenty of beds, love that each room had its own bath. The roof top deck at sunset and at night was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property!

We had 26 family members ranging from 1 year to 40 stay here and had a great time. Lots of space, lots of bathrooms, plenty of seating for all of us. Kids loved the pool, and although on the smaller side, entertained them for 4 fulls days. Considering the state of the world right now (global pandemic) this property could and should have been much cleaner upon arrival. It seems like whoever cleaned did the bare minimum, and missed a lot. Bathrooms weren’t super clean, leftover dust and grime on the floors/stairs, stained bedsheets, etc. Although we enjoyed our stay and would come back again, a more thorough cleaning job would be appreciated and should be a “given” always but especially in current climates.

Great place!

The house was beautiful and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed that a few features in the house weren’t working while we were there. This seems like a new property and I am sure they are just trying to work out some bugs. Would recommend to a friend and would also go back.

Beautiful decorating, but...

We enjoyed the space and the furnishings of this property very much. The private pool was great for the kids, but the tenants next door had a barking dog and an all night drinking party. We did find a very dirty duvet cover in the upstairs King bedroom. And it was very difficult to get a little earlier check in or check out. Really liked the floor plan for our group and loved the furnishings. When the Parks open again it's also a nice location.

Best stay in Saint George!

Awesome property. Definitely will be our go to vacation home in Saint George for future trips. Great house that truly has beds for 26! Loved the layout, large kitchen and great room, outdoor pool amenity space, secondary living area upstairs, and even a rooftop deck! Loved it!

Great getaway

Well designed spaces with beautiful views. Plenty of room for large group. Hiking, shopping, great restaurants close by in St. George. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful red rocks contrasted by majestic snow covered mountains. Would definitely go again!

Good property for the big group

We had good stay at this property. Every one in our group (kids/adults/senior citizens) enjoyed the stay. Though they need to improve in cleaning services. We reached at the house around 3:05pm (after 5 minutes of official check-in) time but house floor was not cleaned. Around 3:15pm cleaners arrived and told us that they forgot to clean the floor and they asked us if they can come in clean the floor. They were done cleaning floor in 10 minutes and left. We were not at all satisfied with cleaning. Not worth of $300 charge. Suggestions: please add locks in bathroom doors specially in the rooms where more beds are.
